Ruth has worked in a variety of sectors in both Consultancy and Client side roles. Ruth has particular experience in hospitality, private healthcare/care homes, PFI provision for Government departments and insurance reinstatement work (fire and flood).
Ruth is a qualified as a British Damage Management Association (BDMA) Insurance Technician and developed an expertise in fire and flood rectification works and specialist building drying techniques whilst working for a large UK Loss Adjuster.
In the eight years prior to joining Colliers, Ruth worked in the hospitality sector as a property portfolio manager responsible for the maintenance and development of the south west regional property portfolios. In her last role, Ruth was responsible for the capital investment programme in the South West and Wales including cyclical refurbishments, brand conversions and new acquisition refurbishment and upgrade works for the UK's largest pub company.

Ruth is a Chartered Surveyor and Associate Director within the Building Consultancy Department in the Bristol office.
Ruth has a BSc(Hons) in Building Surveying (first class) from the University of Salford.
Ruth has a broad spread of skills and knowledge across the Building Surveying disciplines with particular experience within project delivery. Her particular areas of expertise lie within the hospitality sector and major reinstatement project work following fires and floods. Ruth also holds a British Damage Management Association reinstatment qualification.

Since joining Colliers, Keith has played a leading role within the department and currently heads-up the Building Consultancy team in the South West. Keith undertakes the management of portfolio instructions and has experience in the planning and execution of multiple site inspections throughout the UK. Keith has experience in Dilapidations acting for both Landlords and Tenants and has provided strategic advice regarding break options, exit strategies and mitigation of cost. In addition to his Dilapidations work, Keith also has experience of Acquisition Surveys, European Due Diligence, Lead Consultant and Contract Administration, Party Wall, Building Reinstatement Valuations and PPM
Eleanor joined the Bristol Building Surveying team in September 2019 as an Apprentice. Eleanor is currently working towards completing her BSc (Honors) degree in Building Surveying at the University College of Estate Management. Eleanor will begin the APC process in 2022, looking to sit in 2024.
