Accomplishments
Ross gained professional membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2018.
He has also acted on behalf of landlords and tenants on numerous dilapidations claims for clients such as Mitchells and Butler, Thomas Cook, Costain and Yorkshire Building Society.
He was responsible for the refurbishment of an office building in Leeds with a contract valve of £120,000. His main duties were to act as a lead consultant which involved service lines such as design, project management and Contract Administration duties.

Mark joined Colliers in December 2015 and is a Director within the Leeds Project and Building Consultancy department. He has over 17 years commercial experience having started his career at Atisreal/BNP Paribas Real Estate.

He has vast experience in acting in the role as Development Monitor for a variety of commercial and residential developments. He has also undertaken numerous Contract Administration roles in respect of both new build and refurbishment schemes, including detailed design, specification, and project monitoring.
