I am a development strategist advising on the planning, market positioning and delivery of property, places, and destinations. Projects that are often exciting, unusual and transformational and need creative solutions for property and economic development. This includes market positioning, brand conceptualization, land use planning and marketing strategies.

After 10 years leading the Destination Consulting service for Colliers Ireland I run my own practice The Destination Developers and am a consultant working with Anthony Shapland in the Development Advisory service based out of Colliers London. I bring the:

I have worked across the UK, Ireland, Continental Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific and the US providing advice in over 25 cities, to clients ranging from city authorties, government agencies, quoted property companies, small private investors and major financial institutions. 2. Part of the team that delivered the successful reuse strategy of London’s Millennium Dome now London O2 Arena and surrounding property development.

Anthony is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors having qualified in 1993 following being awarded a BSc with Distinction for the London South Bank University. He has a varied professional and agency background as both a principal and consultant and has acted for a range of public, corporate and private clients, both in the UK and abroad. His knowledge of the client side enables him to provide strategic advice for a range of major mixed use development projects.
I specialise in creating successful destinations by giving strategic advice to owners, developers, investors and operators of any place whose core business is visitors.
I work for private and public sector clients in the UK and internationally, advising on regions, cities, mixed use developments, visitor attractions and museums, leisure and entertainment, heritage and culture, parks and public realm.
The principles of long term, sustainable viability are the core of our approach through market analysis and research, concept and product development, feasibility studies, options appraisals, business planning, marketing and branding, finance, funding and governance/management advice.

I have thirty years experience within the hotel and resorts sector.
This covers all areas from line management within operations, consulting advisory and corporate finance and property strategies.
I have even been an owner of my own hotel which I sold at the beginning of 2007.
I specialise in new hotel development and financing solutions within the hotel sector and in Management Agreements.
Resorts are a particular passion and I have a great deal of experience with these from inception to operations

Jessica is a Director who specialises in destination development for hospitality and mixed-use projects.
She is an experienced consultant and project manager who brings a holistic and strategic perspective to developing concepts and business plans for new sites. Her work involves identifying concept, positioning and destination strategy informed by market research; taking projects through financial feasibility appraisal; resolving strategic issues and working with master planners and wider development teams; to presenting projects to attract investment.
Jessica has a particular strength in understanding client and project requirements and in integrating the skills of Colliers specialist teams, local offices and external advisors and master planners to deliver to the needs of clients.
Her experience includes projects from 0.5 to over 800 hectares with elements including hotels, event venues, visitor attractions, residential, branded residences, office, retail, spa, wellness, golf, marina, leisure, entertainment and public realm. Projects stretch from resorts to urban brownfield sites.
Jessica has worked on projects throughout the UK and from the Caribbean, through Africa, the Western Mediterranean and Northern Europe to the Eastern Mediterranean and Eastern Europe.
Jessica has a degree from Cambridge University and a Masters in International Tourism Policy and is very widely travelled. She has been working in tourism, resort and mixed-use development for nearly 20 years. She works within the Destination Consulting and Hotels & Resorts Consulting teams in London.

I am the the Chief Economist at global property advisors Colliers International based in London. I am a research economist identifying timely research topics and directing research and forecasting outputs.
I have over 20 years UK and European property industry experience and extensive expertise across a wide range of property sectors and related industries.
I participate regularly in industry panel discussions, but am focused more on direct client engagement with institutions, property companies, banks, and private investors. A regular media commentator, I have a wide range of national and broadcast experience.
I joined Colliers International in August 2007 after several years at a private property company where he was responsible for managing a mixed portfolio of London residential, retail and office assets.
Previously, I worked in a few London property advisory firms, a geodemographic company as well as a few youthful sojourns in the US offshore oil industry, local government and entertainment business.
I am an economics graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and received his PhD from the Faculty of Science at University College London. I am a member of Lambda Alpha International and the Society of Property Researchers.
Perhaps best known for my alternative take on property economics and investment, I am a keen proponent of UK regional development and infrastructure investment.

I currently have a joint role as a Director Colliers, as both Head of EMEA Research, and Head of Global Capital Markets Research. I am also part of our EMEA Location Strategy team.
I have worked within the real estate profession for over 20 years, living and working from various locations across EMEA including London, Dubai, Prague, Helsinki and Amsterdam. My work and student experiences expanded my horizon to include India and the US.
I use my experience and analytical skills to take a forward looking view of market opportunities & challenges impacting the industry on behalf of internal and external clients. During my career I have written research /generated analysis of markets across all asset class types - from residential to offices, retail to logistics and hotels to niche sectors such as life sciences, air cargo and data centres. I have analysed a variety of subjects and subject matter relevanmt to our industry, examining the impact on real estate such as the changing nature of global capital and the impact on global capital flows, the impact of e-commerce and near/off-shoring on global industrial and logistics markets and the changing nature of the energy and hydrocarbon industry. In addition to developing a view of markets at a very high-level, I have conducted multiple studies examing the micro-meso location factors critical in supporting the creation of planning policy at city/regional level, and in supporting investment and occupier decisions on key projects across EMEA, in addition to providing a strategic overview of multiple- markets and locations as part of the decision making process.
