Robert works to provide expert brokerage and professional services to the Hotels Agency and Parks, Sports and Marinas departments; and has recently started Parks, Sports and Marinas Agency services in the North West of England from Colliers Manchester office which continues to grow.
Covering a wide range of issues, Robert has been involved in some of the largest and most significant parks and hotel deals over the last 8 years in the UK; allowing him to build up a great deal of industry contacts.
On behalf of both private and corporate clients Robert continues to strive to ensure that Colliers International's reputation for service excellence and professionalism is upheld.
Robert has worked on some significant hotel and park property sales and projects during his time at Colliers; as well as for some illustrious UK and International clients. Selected projects include numerous large and smaller hotel sales including Castle Green Hotel, Kendal; DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Chester, Northcote, Ribble Valley; Holiday Inn Doncaster; Holiday Inn Salisbury Stonehenge; Kenwood Hall Hotel, Sheffield; Brooklands Hotel, Weybridge; Oakley Court Hotel Windsor; Fota Island Resort, County Cork, Ruthin Castle Hotel, Ruthin; Peebles Hydro Hotel, Peebles and the Holiday Inn Express Edinburgh Royal Mile to name a few.
The parks and leisure market also plays a large role day to day and Robert has been involved in projects all over the UK including Erigmore Estate, Dunkeld; Kingfisher and Heatherview Parks, County Durham; Ballywhiskin Caravan Park, County Down; Cayton Village, Scarborough; Gallaber Park, North Yorkshire, Forest Hill Golf Club, Leicestershire; Aberystwyth Marina; Makins Fishery and Caravan Park, Warwickshire; Piperdam Resort, Dundee, Roydon Park and Marina, Essex and the KP Club, Yorkshire.
