Professional Summary

Richard has over 10 years’ experience in the West Midlands Real Estate market. He joined Colliers in 2018 as the head of Birmingham City Centre Office Agency, having previously worked at Knight Frank. Richard is an established commercial property agent, with experience advising both occupier and landlord clientele on a broad range of acquisitions, disposals and lease consultancy work.

Prior to his role at Knight Frank in Birmingham, Richard also spent four years working for a niche agency  covering the wider West Midlands region where he led a commercial agency team providing occupational and investment advice across the office, retail and industrial sectors.
