Rate Account Manager
I joined Colliers International in January 2011 as the Rating Administrator for Birmingham, carrying out the general administrative duties on a daily basis, where I provided help and support to the Surveyors and also to the Rate Account Management team.
I was able to interact with our clients on a regular basis, producing reports on their portfolios to keep them informed at all times.
I have now gained a great wealth of administrative experience, including previous jobs, of which includes working for the Insolvency Service for 22 months where I was able to achieve valuable knowledge and experience by moving around different roles starting as an administrative assistant, then a case officer and finally working on the hotline dealing with complaints.
In January 2015 I moved across to the Business Development Unit within Rating as the Business Development Administrator & Researcher, within this role my skills have further excelled. I'm now using Salesforce a CRM system on a daily basis, I make sure all new clients are on the system and I feed information from leads passed to the team through to the BDM's. From this experience I have also become a line manager to one other member of staff on the team.

Hilary rejoined Colliers in 2016 after leaving in 2008 to work for The Co-operative Group as Head of Rating & Valuation. Hilary's role is now to oversee Client Relationship Management and Business Development for the Rating team and to work alongside John Webber, overseeing the operational side of the team.

Hollie joined Colliers International in January 2018, worked within the Rating Department which is known as Accurates (a division of Colliers International) where she became a Compliance and Audit assistant, assisting with empty property rates work. In August 2019 has now joined RBDU as a Data Researcher.
