Paul Souber is a highly experienced London retail property expert, and has a particular specialism in the luxury sector.
He advises major London landlords – including The Crown Estate, Grosvenor, The Church Commissioners and Shaftesbury Plc – on how their retail holdings in the capital can be enhanced through leasing and placemaking.
His consultancy also involves advising various leading brands on their property strategy and sourcing the stores which best serve their strategic needs.
During a career in which he has advised on the leasing of more than 1.5m sq. ft. of shopping space, Paul has worked with clients including Yves St Laurent, Roksanda Ilincic, Gina Shoes, Balenciaga, Oliver Bonas, Boux Avenue, Sweaty Betty and Headmasters.

Sasha is an Associate Director in the London Retail Agency Team with 10 years’ experience in retail, she is passionate about retail and fashion and discovering new brands and concepts.
Using her experience and brand knowledge she focuses on tenant mix strategy and selection and is involved in the place making strategy and curation of retail destinations on a number of London Estates.
Her Key Landlord instructions include The Grosvenor Estate, Howard de Walden, The Crown Estate, The Church Commissioners and The City of London Corportation looking after Mayfair and Belgravia, Marylebone Village, St James's, Connaught Village and Leadenhall Market.

Ellie joined Colliers in 2018 and is part of the Central London Retail team where her main focus is on identitfying new brands and experiences looking to establish themselves within London.

Paddy is Director and co-lead of the Retail Strategy & Analytics team, with 15+ years’ experience in data analytics and retail strategy.
Prior to Colliers, Paddy co-led the Accenture retail strategy Analytics pillar and had overall responsibility for the Javelin Group Commercial Spaces service line, delivering data led retail property projects focused on new development potential, acquisition appraisals and asset management of existing schemes.
Involved in the locations and customer analytics sector since 2002, Paddy has worked on a wide range of projects covering retailer location strategy, due diligence and shopping centre strategy and acquisition appraisals. He graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University with a degree in Business Computing.
Paul is Director and co-lead of the Retail Strategy & Analytics practice, with 13 years’ experience working with occupiers to grow and optimize their store/branch portfolios. Prior to Colliers, Paul was Global Lead for the ‘Shape of Chain’ real estate analytics proposition at Accenture/Javelin Group.
He advises clients globally on store location and performance optimisation strategies, spanning the occupier spectrum from fashion, grocery and homewares through to F&B, leisure and retail banking (and beyond).
Paul’s experience includes sales forecasting for a US grocer, UK entry and roll-out strategy for an international F&B operator, branch rationalisation strategy for a UK bank, and estate conslidation strategy for a Telco merger.
