Josh Leon leads the restaurant specialism within the Central London Agency Team. He is a hugely experienced agent, broker and advisor with over 16 years of experience in this niche sector. He advises many of London’s leading developers, estates and fund managers on converting, developing and curating property for Food and Drink use. His familiarity with technical, planning and licensing matters and his ambitious and visionary approach to tenant mix strategy are sought after by developers in the early phases of a project, but his main point of difference is his connectivity - the relationships he has within and around the restaurant business and the direct access he has to a wide range of high profile and successful operators both in London and globally.
Josh advises many of the world’s top restaurateurs on their expansion or disposal options in London and brokers deals on their behalf. He is retained by the Crown Estate to advise on the Food and Drink offer in their flagship mixed use development in St James’s, London.
Peter is a Director & Co-Head of Brand Representation in the Central London Retail Agency team. He has over 15 years’ experience predominantly advising retailers in respect of their acquisition, lease restructuring and disposal programmes across Central London.
In terms of retailer mandates he acts for a variety of occupiers from large International brands through to new and exciting concepts looking to acquire their first store in London. Clients include Uniqlo, Zara, Vodafone, OKA, Paul, Superdrug, Laderach, TWG Tea, Sky and iSmash.

Rob Co-Heads the Brand Representation team within the central London retail agency business.
With over 18 years experience, he has an intimate knowledge of core and emerging markets. His understanding of retailers occupational and operational requirements allows him to develop bespoke strategies for his clients.
An extensive network of occupier, landlord and agency contacts affords the opportunity to engineer off market deals and obtain the best occupational intelligence.
Rob's career started at niche retail practices CWM and Blair Kirkman before moving to Savills where he was a Director for 8 years and most recently BNP Paribas Real Estate.
Harry is a Surveyor in the London Retail Agency team. He works on key landlord instructions including Lab Group, Church Commissioners, Axa, Avignon Capital and DTZIM in managing their retail estate across London. Harry is also involved with managing a number of retailers Central London portfolios including Oliver Bonas, Headmasters, Bupa and other independent London retailers.
Lizzie is an Associate Director in the Central London Retail Agency Team and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2017.
She joined Colliers International from the BNP Paribas Shopping Centre Investment Team having previously spent 3 years at BNP Paribas Real Estate working predominantly in retail departments on behalf of clients, such as LVMH and Schroders. She has a genuine interest and passion for retail and fashion which she incorporates into her work.

George joined the London Restaurant Team in 2018 after impressing during him summer internship. He has an Economics degree and completed his MSc Real Estate in 2020.
