I have worked in the Central London property market for 20 years, as a specialist in the office space and investment sectors. I have a passion for architecture and design and take great pride in helping our clients create unique, high-quality workspaces that businesses will want to call home. For me, there is huge enjoyment in discovering the extra potential of a space, honing the finer details that others may miss, and adding value.

I started in commercial agency when I was 16, beginning in the West End, and moving over to the City Fringe in 2005.
 
I believe in providing a fresh and innovative service for our clients. I live and breathe what we do and I’m very passionate about it, whether helping clients create and develop new office space, or finding a major new tenant that completely changes the face of a street and adds new life to it.

Together with Colliers’ ‘best -in-class’ London Offices team I believe that we have one of the most powerful agency forces in Central London.

I began my career in commercial real estate back in 2007,  and have 12 years experience working solely in the City Fringe market. During that time I have built up an enviable list of contacts.

One of the things I enjoy the most about working in the City Fringe is dealing with companies in the tech, media and creative sectors, seeing them grow over time and helping them move out of their old premises and into new ones – being very much part of their story. Much of what we do can take years of planning, but there is great satisfaction in working on a project from when a client first buys a building, sitting alongside the architects and design team to make sure the correct product is delivered to the marketplace, right through to finding tenants for the newly created scheme.

I began my career in property in 2014, aiming high from the start as a residential lettings agent in the prestigious North London neighbourhood of Hampstead. I joined as part of our office agency team.

I spent two and a half years working in the residential lettings market in Marylebone and joined the Colliers City Fringe office disposal team in May 2016.

I love working in the City Fringe market and meeting the wide variety of interesting businesses looking for unique and inspiring workplaces.

I also enjoy assisting our Landlord clients in creating inspiring refurbishments to appeal to the creative tenants within the market.

I was Hatton Real Estates' office manager before it was acquired by Colliers International in 2016. I also provide PA support to the Agency Team.

I work with tenants across London, including start-ups, SMEs and blue-chip corporates, to acquire offices on a flexible basis that compliments their wider business strategy.

My knowledge and expertise includes delivering bespoke flexible workspace solutions, procuring serviced offices and co-working space, and leveraging my industry connections to find off market options for clients.

Working within the tenant rep team, i'm passionate about helping clients' save time, money and resources in finding the best solution for their requirement.

I am the Office Manager in the City Fringe Office. I am PA to the directors and also support the Agency and Tenant Representation teams.
