Nanette has over 12 years of experience working in the residential and new homes sector, she was at Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE prior to joining Colliers.
Having advised and worked with many different clients across London from boutique developers to national housebuilders, she will be running the sales team and assisting in helping to secure new business for both the UK New Homes and International sales team.
Nanette is also fluent in Cantonese and having done overseas sales exhibitions, she will utilise her experience of working with both investors and intermediaries in London and Asia bridging the gap.

Mike has over 20 years experience in the London and wider UK new homes markets, acting for a wide range of clients from niche developers to national housebuilders and public sector bodies and leading many UK and International sales campaigns. He has extensive consultancy experience on design, specification, scheme and unit layoutand marketing expertise, advising clients on branding, collateral and target market identification. Mike has provided advice and inpu on projects ranging from single homes to 10,000 unit regeneration schemes.
The Residential Department at Colliers International comprises a market leading team of surveyors and advisers who focus on London, The South East and the Regions, advising clients on their options for maximising value for their assets, including planning, development consultancy, Build To Rent, investment and disposal strategy. New Homes & Project Marketing, both in the UK and Internationally is a core part of our client service.
Mike was previously a Partner at a competing firm and over his career to date has spearheaded numerous marketing campaigns both within the UK and Internationally, with a focus on South East Asia and China.
Chloe joined Colliers in May 2020 and has over four years' experience in New Homes. Chloe studied Real Estate at the University of Reading before joining the Graduate Scheme at CBRE. During her time at CBRE, Chloe worked in the Residential Valuation team, specialising in BtR investment valuations, before moving to the Residential Team where she gained experience in sales, project management and development consultancy.
Chloe now works as a Development Consultant and works closely with the Colliers Land and New Homes teams. Chloe offers advice from the earliest stage, often supporting our clients with the initial land acquisition, through to the sale of the final unit, working alongside developers to optimise the scheme, maximise values and saleability.
Chloe offers advice throughout the development process, offering detailed comparable analysis, demographics data and market commentary to support our pricing appraisals. We also offer design and specification advice with the aim of creating an unique scheme that appeals to purchaser demands.

Imogen started her international property career with Knight Frank, based in Hong Kong 10 years ago. She lived in the territory and successfully managed the property sales exhibitions for 5 years before returning to London with Cushman and Wakefield, to manage their International sales operation.
Over the next five years, Imogen played a key part in building the Cushman and Wakefield business into one of the leading International sales teams. With her local knowledge of Hong Kong and China, and lead involvement with a wide range of clients overseas she brought her expertise into the client management working on some of London’s most successful international launches in recent years, including White City Living, Fulham Reach , Embassy Gardens and The Brentford Project.
Having joined Colliers in July 2020 she has since orchestrated all overseas launches, navigating the complex markets through the Covid-19 pandemic, with great success.
Kevin began his career wotrking in the Square Mile with Merrill Lynch on their FX desk before making the decision to trade property as a commodity instead. Since then he has gone on to acquire over 27 years experience in the London real estate markets having working for respected estate agents covering residential sales and lettings, a private developer conducting acquisition and resale work. More recently he spent a number of years working for a Private Family Office dealing with global UHNWI's and corporate clients offering residential investment acquisition and disposal strategies before moving into the Prop-Tech sector working for an online property disruptor. In 2017 he joined Colliers dealing with the domestic sale of residential new build developments in London and the Home Counties. In 2019 Kevin moved to the International Properties team overseeing our residential project marketing strategy to our global database of buyers.
