Michael Crawford is Colliers International -Head of Technology. Michael oversees all aspects of developing and delivering Technology’s capabilities, bringing innovation, intelligence, and deep industry experience together with leading technologies from ecosystem partners to help clients reinvent their businesses as intelligent enterprises and innovate at scale. As Head of Technology Michael is responsible for driving innovation through research and development (R&D) activities in the PropTech market and leveraging emerging technologies to bring the newest innovations to our clients in the UK. Michael is the CEO of RWM Group and is part of the UK PropTech Association and a member of the Institute of Consultancy. Michael is focused on strategic decisions when adopting new technological solutions to Collier to enhance the already growing reputation Colliers has in the Real Estate market with its clients.

Michael continues to play a key role in evolving Colliers technological  business to lead and shape the industry. He is responsible for developing and scaling new businesses including Blockchain, AR/VR & Thermal Body, Air Quality & People Flow Control. Michael has also help develop the IPM Framework business vision and helped shape Colliers plan to establish its digital business leadership

Michael’s passion is to bridge the gap between Real Estate and PropTech, making sense of over 10,000 solutions in the market place. Michael is an advocate for disruptive technology and often can be found advising people three simple things Simplify, Innovate or Stop. Michael and his team are able to keep their finger on the pulse when it comes to technology and being submerged in the market gives Colliers the edge when it comes to suggesting technology to be adopted by our clients.
