Matthew is a Graduate Surveyor within the Northern Ireland Valuation and Advisory Services team. Since joining Colliers he has specialised in the valuation of property across the UK and Ireland.
Matthew is involved in the valuation of a wide range of commercial properties, with particular emphasis on investment & residential development valuations for secured lending.
Matthew graduated from Liverpool John Moores University with a B.Sc (Hons) in Real Estate Managment in June 2016 and is currently working towards his Assessment of Professional Competence examination to gain MRICS accreditation.

Tim heads up the Valuation & Advisory Services team and brings to the firm 16 years’ experience in the areas of valuation and investment agency.
Given his background, he has particular expertise in the areas on investment valuation including high street retail, retail warehousing, shopping centres, supermarkets, offices and leisure properties. Other areas of expertise include residential development appraisals, nursing homes, industrial and rural properties.
Tim also has considerable experience in advising clients on loan book acquisitions and disposals.
Aside from valuation work, he advises a number of local and institutional clients on investment disposals and acquisitions.
Valuation and Advisory Services
Tom works in the professional services team within Colliers in Belfast, primarily providing valuation advice for a range of traditional banking and alternative lending clients.
Tom provides Red Book valuation reports in respect of all asset classes with a particular emphasis on residential development sites. Tom also specialises in providing social housing portfolio valuations for housing associations and lenders.
