Matt graduated from Oxford Brookes University in 2013 where he studied Real Estate Management and qualified as a member of the RICS in 2015 upon completion of the graduate scheme at Cluttons.
He joined Colliers in 2017 having worked within the Central London offices market for three years and specialises in providing agency and development advice to both Landlords and Tenants.

Co-heading the Colliers International London Offices team, David has more than 30 years’ experience in the West End office market, providing leasing, development and investment advice. For 15 years, he ran his own niche practice, specialising in the development process and has a strong track record in acquiring prime West End sites for clients, providing both development consultancy and leasing advice. He was also an equity partner and co-founder of H2SO before it was acquired by Colliers International in 2014.
David has extensive experience in advising a wide range of clients from the private, public and institutional sectors in both a leasing/development consultancy role and also as an occupational advisor. On the development-side, he is currently providing advice to Hermes, Lone Star, BA Pension Fund, Kier Developments, Brockton, Northwood Capital and Northacre, amongst others. Whilst on the occupational side, he is currently acting for EQT, Quintain, Brooks MacDonald, Waypoint Capital, BT and Bupa.

Alex has been working in the Central London Office Market for nearly 10 years, dealing with all aspects of office agency; providing advice to developers, landlords and occupiers in respect of leasing and acquisitions. Alex joined the growing Colliers International Central London team in October 2015 from DTZ and covers the West End, Midtown, Southbank and Northern Fringe office markets.
I have been part of the West End Agency Team at Colliers International since 2008, after two years at Godfrey Vaughan and previosuly at LSM Partners. Previously I obtained a BSc (Hons) degree at Oxford Brookes University after being educated at Harrow School.
I specialise in advising landlords, developers and occupiers with regard to the development, letting and acquisition of Central London offices. I deal with all aspects of office agency, primarily in the West End, Midtown, Northern Fringes and Southbank where I have dealt with a range of acquisitions and disposals over my career.
James Swan has been part of the Central London Office Agency & Development Team at Colliers since February 2018. He obtained a BS (First Class) degree from Nova Southeastern University, a prominent university in South Florida. Following this, James obtained a MSC in Real Estate from the University of Reading.
