I join Colliers with over 18 years experience in Human Resources, most recently holding the senior position of Head of Talent Acquisition and Development.
As a highly respected HR professional with extensive knowledge of the real estate market, I have worked across the full spectrum of HR; including talent acquisition, graduate development, training & career development, operations, and business partnering.
I lead Colliers’ UK HR team, using extensive experience in real estate to understand the challenges we face across all business lines, adding real value to the UK business.

Krista is an MSc HR graduate with over 6 years of generalist HR experience in a number of industries, e.g. oil, gas & energy, fintech and publishing.
Developed knowledge and experience of full employee life cycle, ER, talent management, global mobility, TUPE, pay and reward.
Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate, influence, and motivate leadership teams, managers, cross-functional groups and individuals/teams to deliver business results.
Nick joined Colliers in 2018 as an HR Advisor who is dedicated to helping staff achieve their professional and personal goals. Using workplace and behavioural psychology, in-depth HR knowledge and a relaxed, informal approach, Nick strives to increase workplace happiness, creativity and performance. All this while ensuring the commercial goals of the organisation are achieved and exceeded.
His people-centric focus, curiosity and analytical approach allows him to approach any situation with an open mind. Nick is also focused on continual improvement and development. His health and wellbeing background has lead him to be passionate about mental health matters, and he takes pride in providing a safe, open atmosphere for employees.
Archie is Head of UK Talent Acquisition here at Colliers and leads on all UK recruitment initiatives across all skill lines.
Archie is an experienced recruitment professional having recruited into the real estate sector for over ten years. His experience comes from working for some of London’s leading real estate recruitment firms before then moving in-house to Cushman & Wakefield. There he looked after UK Recruitment activity for three years prior to joining Colliers International.

Robert is a highly experienced talent and development professional who has been working in the field for nearly 25 years.
Robert joins us from Grosvenor where he was the Head of Learning and Development. He spent over seven and a half years working with the business to build the capability and culture the organisation needed to achieve its commercial strategy.
He also spent three years as learning and development manager at Jones Lang LaSalle, whether it was here that his interest in real estate was first sparked or the time he spent as a child being dragged around ‘interesting’ old buildings by his property developer father, who can say.
He feels privileged to be able to work in roles that combine his love of real estate with his deep interest in business psychology. One personal ambition is to make a return visit return to Antoni Gaudi’s Sagrada Familia in Barcelona when it is completed, assuming it’s finished within his lifetime!
Over the years he has worked across a wide range of sectors as a learning and talent expert, including fin tech, recruitment, and retail but he has always been drawn back to real estate.
In the short-term Robert will be focused on the promotions process, looking at how we support your career development and reviewing our existing training offer.
