Lorna is a Director within the valuation department, specialising in the residential real estate market.
Her expertise spans a range of valuations of residential and mixed-use property for investment, tax and loan security purposes. As well as strategic valuation advice and feasibility analysis for proposed residential development schemes.
Lorna is also a specialist in the valuation of country houses and estates, with a focus on the Cotswolds and South West regional markets.
Her clients are predominantly in the private banking sector as well as valuations for High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI's).
Lorna also oversees the residential risk management function at Colliers, working with lenders on loan book reviews, residential market and asset specific risk analysis and due diligence.
