"Preparation was thorough and second to none. How can you improve on perfection we won everything!! Performance well above my expectation. My only comment would be if and when I had another rent review or arbitration for that matter I would call Leigh straightaway and ask him to sort it all out for me in all confidence knowing I was in good hands." - Harrogate hotel owner whom Leigh represented in a rent review arbitration.
"You were happy to chat through ahead of the formal instruction, to provide an indicative value and upon instructing, the visit took place in a very timely manner. You exceeded our expectations and Leigh was very approachable and happy to chat through over the phone." - Senior Relationship Manager, RBS.
