Professional Summary
Before joining Colliers International, Joshua completed MSc. Real Estate Development at the University of Manchester and gained experience at John Lewis, Land Securities, Cushman & Wakefield, Bruce Gillingham Pollard, Lambert Smith Hampton, CWM and Mason Owen working with clients such as Kate Spade, Tommy Hilfiger, IKEA and Queensberry.
Following his masters, Joshua joined the Retail Development team focusing on the transaction, development and asset management of retail and leisure property. Joshua provided advice to Bolton Metropolitan Borough Council on the mixed-use regeneration of the Bolton Crompton Place shopping centre.
Joshua is now working within the EMEA Occupier Services team, he is known for delivering results for clients such as negotiating a large volume of outstanding rent reviews for Bupa at nil increase which produced significant occupational savings and released substantial accruals back into the business.

Guy has been involved with the commercial property market in the North of England for 36 years, initially as an agent, and more recently as a development consultant and client manager responsible for the provision of strategic property advice across a range of service lines. His clients include property companies, corporates, developers , public sector organisations and funding institutions. Guy has also worked client-side as the Northern Acquisitions Director for Regus Plc.
Guy has also been involved in numerous large scale development schemes (eg. Princes Exchange-Leeds , Asvanced Manufacturing Park-South Yorkshire, Digital Campus-Sheffield and Holbeck Urban Village, Leeds). He has also handled some of the regions largest land disposals (eg. 200+ acres for the NHS, 33 acres to a global aero-engine manufacturer and recently, 8 acres in Leeds' South Bank).
Luke has 15 years experience working with corporate occupiers to implement their property strategy, rationalise costs and maximise asset value.
At the core of this is a lease advisory role, ensuring all critical dates are dealt with in an organised and efficient manner. He is accomplished at achieving savings, rent incentives and mitigating risk through budget rental accruals and removing threats to business continuity as much as possible.
Luke oversees UK Estates Management activity for occupiers clients including: Bupa, J D Wetherspoon and Hilti.
Simon has experience of both occupational and investment property management having acted on behalf of occupiers including the Home Office, Nationwide Building Society and Mitchells & Butlers.
Regularly acting as an internal client, Simon co-ordinates management, building surveying, agency and professional services for clients across a range of sectors.
Simon has also been instrumental in the development of an International Lease Administration Service for Colliers' EMEA Corporate Solutions team, working for a range of both national and international clients.
