Joe officially joined Colliers International on March 2017 as a Buiding Services Manager in Glasgow managing two multi-let office buildings in the city centre.
During is early career he worked in the Scottish Police Force before working with Colliers International as a third party site manager on an industrial estate in the east end of Glasgow back in 2012.
Joe has now recently joined the IPM team in Glasgow, working as a Regional Facilities Manager , and manages a portfolio across Glasgow and North England. The portfolio includes multi-let office blocks, industrail units and retail parks.

As department head, Douglas has overall responsibility for approximately 500 properties under management with a total rent roll in excess of £230million. Helpdesk for tenant/occupier use and a full property accounts team. He has developed the business management procedures required for ISO9001 accreditation used by the CCRE IPM department across the UK.
I have over 20 years’ experience in the property industry working for a diverse range of clients in both the public and private sectors including corporate investors such as Aviva and British Land; corporate occupiers such as Royal Bank of Scotland, Pizza Hut and Kwik-Fit; and economic development agencies and various local councils . I am one of two Scottish based directors in our Investment Property Management team working from our Glasgow office.
Simon joined Collers International in April 2019 having returned from travelling Australia. Simon initially joined as a Building Facilities Manager in Edinburgh managing a multi-let office building in the West End.
Having recently joining the IPM team in Glasgow, Simon is now a Regional Facilities Manager and manages a portfolio across Scotland and supports the wider management team. The portofolio includes mult-let office blocks, industrial units and retail parks. He is responsible for the line management and site staff across a number of buildings also.
He previously worked with Cushman and Wakefield (Formerly DTZ) for 4 years as a Facilities Manager and Centre Manager (Springfield Quay, Glasgow) before leaving to travel Australia in March of 2018. During his travels, he worked as a Project Facilities Manager with JLL in Melbourne and had a brief stint as a Technical FM with CBRE in Sydney for 3 months managing the commericial buildings at Circular Quay and The Rocks and the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge.
Alasdair joined Colliers in 2019 as a graduate working in the Investment Property Management department retaining a strong focus on the ESG impact of our assests whilst retaining day to day management responsibility for a number of properties within Scotland

Eilidh joined Colliers in September 2019 working across various teams within the Glasgow office. During the Graduate Scheme, Eilidh worked across a diverse range of teams including Investment Property Management and Valuation and Advisory Services.
2021 - Present | Chartered Surveyor | Edinburgh
Eilidh successfully passed her APC in December 2021 to become a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer. In November 2021, Eilidh joined the Valuation and Advisory Services team based in Edinburgh.
