Andrew works in the London Capital Markets Team where he is responsible for international capital moving towards London and the rest of the UK and Europe. He advises a number of investors on sales, acquisitions, asset management and development funding. Andrew is an established member of the London Market and has 26 years of experience.
Andrew graduated from Magdalene College, Cambridge University and joined Cushman & Wakefield in September 1989 where he became one of the founding members of the Central London team. Andrew recently moved to Colliers International where he continuing to service his clients.
Avi joined Colliers in August 2018 as a member of the Valuation & Advisory Department, specialising in the valuation of residential properties in London. He primarily provided loan security valuations for purchase and re-finance purposes.
Avi then joined the Commercial Valuation & Advisory Department, specialising in loan security valuations for purchase and refinance purposes. Avi carried out valuations on a variety of asset classes including office, retail, industrial and trade counter.
Avi then worked in the Business Space Lease Advisory team advising on rent reviews and lease renewals for industrial and office assets predominantly in the South East. Avi has acted for and on behalf of clients such as Bupa, Screwfix Direct, Selco and Booker Group.
At present, Avi is a member of the West End Capital Markets team working on London office acquistions and disposals on behalf of a variety of institutional clients, private investors and corporate funds.

Rob joined Colliers in 2016 as a Graduate Surveyor. On the graduate programme, he worked in the Corportate Solutions, National Capital Markets and Valuation departments. Having passed his APC at the end of 2018, Rob is now part of the London Offices Capital Markets team, where he provides investment and development advice to an array of clients.
Ollie is a Senior Surveyor in the London Capital Markets department, specialising in the City of London. He advises clients on sales and acquisitions across the Central London office market.
Ollie joined Colliers as a Graduate Surveyor in September 2018. During the structured training programme, he gained experience within our EMEA Corporate Solutions, Valuation and Rating teams before permanently joining the Capital Markets team.
Christopher Pilgrim is a Director of Colliers, a Nasdaq and Toronto Stock Exchange listed leading diversified professional services and investment management organisation. Mr Pilgrim holds a senior leadership position within Colliers Global Capital Markets platform and specialises in the deployment of capital into real estate globally. He is also a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Prior to relocating to London, Mr Pilgrim was based in Singapore where he held the position of Executive Director at Fortune 500 company, CBRE. He has previously been based in London, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur with responsibilities for advising global capital deploy into London, the UK, Europe, Asia Pacific and the Americas, across all use classes and sectors. Over the past 15 years, he has advised a diverse client base with a focus on overseas institutional investors including Sovereign Wealth Funds, Pensions Funds, Government Linked Companies, Listed Property Companies, Investment and Asset Managers, REITs and Private Investors.
Mr Pilgrim has advised on a range of landmark cross-border transactions totalling in excess of US$10 billion in both income generating investment assets as well as total development value.
Mr Pilgrim has deep experience advising, structuring and transacting across the risk return spectrum. In both the United States, Europe and Asia Pacific, he has built a strong track record in the marketing of US$1b+ single asset trades and complex development projects, as well as structing and marketing corporate merger and acquisition activity. In his decade of specialising in international investment he has successfully navigated diverse business environments, managing varied cultures and business practices.
Mr Pilgrim has worked in commercial real estate markets on both a direct and indirect basis, advising clients on cross-boarder real estate strategies and transactions in the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States, Australia and the wider APAC region. He has deep knowledge and strong relationships with capital from Singapore, Malaysia, India, Hong Kong and the wider SE Asia region.
