Professional Summary
Imogen started her international property career with Knight Frank, based in Hong Kong 10 years ago. She lived in the territory and successfully managed the property sales exhibitions for 5 years before returning to London with Cushman and Wakefield, to manage their International sales operation.
Over the next five years, Imogen played a key part in building the Cushman and Wakefield business into one of the leading International sales teams. With her local knowledge of Hong Kong and China, and lead involvement with a wide range of clients overseas she brought her expertise into the client management working on some of London’s most successful international launches in recent years, including White City Living, Fulham Reach , Embassy Gardens and The Brentford Project.
Having joined Colliers in July 2020 she has since orchestrated all overseas launches, navigating the complex markets through the Covid-19 pandemic, with great success.
Education
Imogen has been involved within the international market for over 10 years and has an exceptional knowledge of the International markets. Imogen has lived in Hong Kong and London and has an array of experience in international project marketing. Imogen oversees Colliers unique and cost-effective approach to attracting international buyers and investment to UK residential new build product.

Chloe joined Colliers in May 2020 and has over four years' experience in New Homes. Chloe studied Real Estate at the University of Reading before joining the Graduate Scheme at CBRE. During her time at CBRE, Chloe worked in the Residential Valuation team, specialising in BtR investment valuations, before moving to the Residential Team where she gained experience in sales, project management and development consultancy.
Chloe now works as a Development Consultant and works closely with the Colliers Land and New Homes teams. Chloe offers advice from the earliest stage, often supporting our clients with the initial land acquisition, through to the sale of the final unit, working alongside developers to optimise the scheme, maximise values and saleability.
Chloe offers advice throughout the development process, offering detailed comparable analysis, demographics data and market commentary to support our pricing appraisals. We also offer design and specification advice with the aim of creating an unique scheme that appeals to purchaser demands.
Nanette has over 12 years of experience working in the residential and new homes sector, she was at Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE prior to joining Colliers.
Having advised and worked with many different clients across London from boutique developers to national housebuilders, she will be running the sales team and assisting in helping to secure new business for both the UK New Homes and International sales team.
Nanette is also fluent in Cantonese and having done overseas sales exhibitions, she will utilise her experience of working with both investors and intermediaries in London and Asia bridging the gap.
