Hilary rejoined Colliers in 2016 after leaving in 2008 to work for The Co-operative Group as Head of Rating & Valuation. Hilary's role is now to oversee Client Relationship Management and Business Development for the Rating team and to work alongside John Webber, overseeing the operational side of the team.
Hilary has over 25 years' experience of providing Business Rates advice to clients, as well as working with senior individuals whilst in a client-side role including the CEO, CFO and Property Director. Hilary has been involved in making strategic business decisions on both sides.

Rate Account Team Manager
Dawn joined Colliers Internationals Rating Department as a Rate Account Manager in February 2009 as part of the new Rate Account Management team in Birmingham. Dawn has a wealth of valuable knowledge and experience within the Finance Sector having spent 18 years in Local Government Finance working in Income, Banking, Debt Recovery and Training/Development fields - plus the last 12 years at Colliers dealing with every aspect of the Rate Account Management and Finance for reputable clients. Dawn has an extensive knowledge of the billing and collection of non-domestic rates which she utilises in her role to ensure she provides a comprehensive treasury management service for her clients, providing various reports including monthly funding requests and rates budgets in a timely manner to meet client expectations.
Dawn was promoted to Senior Rate Account Manager at Colliers in January 2012 followed by a further promotion to Rate Account Team Manager in November 2016.
