As UK Head of Marketing and Digital Helen is responsible for building a marketing strategy that grows brand awareness; drives lead generation; works across business lines to help influence customer experience and ultimately helps us meet our growth and revenue targets.
Previously, Helen led the Digital team in the UK & EMEA from May 2017 and prior to that she was Head of Marketing and PR for Colliers in Ireland.
Helen studied at University College Cork where she has a bachelor degree in Law and French, and at Dublin Business School where she has a diploma in Marketing and Event Management.
Having worked in Marketing and PR across various industries including the Motor Industry with brands such as BMW, Mini, Citroen and Hyundai as well as leading the marketing for Ireland’s most prestigious theatre, the Gate Theatre Helen has a passion for creative digital marketing strategies. Prior to this, Helen worked as a Production Manager for Independent TV production companies for over 5 years, at which time she managed the web and social media platforms for several TV shows, and produced spin on online shows to compliment TV broadcasts. Helen also has experience in managing and coordinating large scale events including awards shows, pop-up events, launches and small festivals.
Accomplishments
Helen created and implemented local marketing and PR campaigns for brands BMW, MINI, Citroen and Hyundai in South East of Ireland, in line with corporate identity guidelines and national campaigns, while activiating these brands through tactical sponsorship opportunities including roadshows, local business partnerships and events.
While working as a Production Manager with Straywave Media, Helen was part of the team that created the first smart phone app to accompany a TV show. Playing an integral role in developing and producing new TV show formats for Irish Broadcastt, she also created and implemented a digital cross-over strategy for TV shows to encompass online content on the Broadcasters player/websites, social media platforms and the show smartphone apps.
At the Gate Theatre, Helen led ta digitral treansformationw hcih saw the theatre embrace social media for audience engagement and grew Facebook users by 6000, Twitter by 5000+ new users and created an Instagram account that reached 1000 users over 6 months, byimplementing the creation of video promos for all shows.

Joining Colliers in January 2019, Zak began his career at Revo, the influential body for the UK's retail property industry that represents occupiers, owners and investors throughout the UK & Ireland. After 3.5 years, he managed, planned and activated the digital output of the organisation across both commercial and campaign-led activity.
Zak now works in the UK Digital team with experience covering CMS and CRM (user journey, SEO, lead nurturing and acquisition, data segmentation and reporting) as well as social and content (portfolio management/auditing, content production, photo editing, design and analytics), working across both client facing services and internal communications.
As the Head of Creative, Mitesh leads a team of graphic, digital and motion designers focused on delivering design solutions for client engagement, marketing, and communications for our UK Business.
Mitesh helps develop impactful and compelling multi-channel assets for client engagement, encompassing direct and social marketing, business development, pitching, and internal communications.
Mitesh joined the Colliers design team in 2015 supporting the team in a junior position. He has helped the team, and the business grow and become more digitally focussed He now Heads up a team of 4 designers within the marketing team.
Prior to Colliers, Mitesh worked as a designer at Kings College Hospital creating printed patient information documents and in-hopsital campagins for the NHS.
Mitesh has 12 years experience of working in the design industry and is well versed in design applications such as Indesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After effects, Adobe photoshop, Brandcast and has a good understanding of HTML & CSS.
As the Head of Digital for the UK region, James is responsible for leading the digital strategy that enables the Service Teams to grow brand awareness, drive lead generation and ultimately help Colliers meet its growth and revenue targets.
Previously, James has worked as the Digital Marketing Programme Manager at Halma plc and led the digital marketing strategy for The Institute of Travel Management.
Soojin joined Colliers in February 2020 after moving to London from Melbourne, Australia. She has extensive experience managing digital campaigns for the property industry and B2B strategies.
She specialises in planning and managing digital campaigns, from inception to delivery across key paid channels. She also optimises existing campaigns and develop new strategies to further generate web traffic, lead generation and social engagement for both transactional and advisory sectors of the real estate industry.
An experienced CIM qualified Marketing and Communications professional, Philippa joined Colliers in September 2020 after working with London based property developers Regal London on their residential sales. Prior to that, Philippa worked at Quintain Ltd on their corporate communications. the marketing of the large-scale redevelopment at Wembley Park and consumer marketing of their PRS brand; Tipi (now Quintain Living).
Philippa is experienced across the entire marketing mix including marketing and digital strategy, brand development, events, content creation (print and digital), email marketing and advertising.
As Head of Content, Communications & PR for Colliers in the UK, I am responsible for driving the strategic direction of corporate communications, media relations, and the programming and production of multi-channel content to engage external and internal audiences across the UK.

I have been working in commercial property communications for almost 10 years having previously worked at CBRE and most recently Savills.
In my role at Colliers I am responsible for the PR of national capital markets, London agency and capital markets teams and investment property management.
My role includes:

I'm a communications professional who has previously worked as a journalist for eight years covering a broad range of topics including politics, crime, health and housing in north London. In recent years I have worked in corporate communications for local authorities across London and joined Colliers in October 2019, initially providing maternity leave cover.
I provide strategic public relations advice to various business lines within the UK organisation to secure recognition for their work in the property press as well as key target media, and work with our experts to produce thought leadership pieces which are of interest to our clients and colleagues within the commercial real estate sector. In addition, alongside colleagues in the PR and wider communications team, I provide media and social media training for our in-house experts to prepare them for media opportunities and raise their personal brand within the sector.
As well as supporting various teams within the UK business, I also I curate and edit regular content for the Colliers.com blog, which drives credible business leads to our experts.

I am responsible for media relations and generating coverage in top tier broadcast and print media. I work across a range of Colliers’ UK & Pan-EMEA business lines advising on their strategic and tactical PR needs.
My role includes:
· Developing and executing PR plans for the various business lines to help promote their key messages across all aspects of the media - print, broadcast and social.
· Media evaluation and reporting objectives, targets and successes across the business.
· Reputation management and crisis management.
· Media training.
· Media engagement: setting up meetings with top tier media and various internal spokespeople to continuously expand and build a presence with property and vertical media network.
· Consistently delivering service excellence, meeting with business heads of a regular basis and trying to influence the research as much as possible to ensure our content has a strong enough news hook.
· Key campaigns that I work on include MIPIM; MAPIC; REVO; Midsummer Retail Report; IHIF; Cities of Influence in addition to a host of all alternative property sector research reports.
