Mark joined Colliers in December 2015 and is a Director within the Leeds Project and Building Consultancy department. He has over 17 years commercial experience having started his career at Atisreal/BNP Paribas Real Estate.
Mark is responsible for providing a wide range of commercial Building Surveying advice in respect of both professional and project-based instructions.
He has vast experience in acting in the role as Development Monitor for a variety of commercial and residential developments. He has also undertaken numerous Contract Administration roles in respect of both new build and refurbishment schemes, including detailed design, specification, and project monitoring.
Other skills include advice and negotiation of dilapidations liabilities for both investor and occupiers.
Ross is responsible for providing a wide range of commercial Building Surveying advice in respect of both professional and project-based instructions.
He has also undertaken numerous Contract Administration roles focusing mainly on refurbishment schemes, including detailed design, specification and project monitoring.
Other skills include advice and negotiation of dilapidations liabilities for both landlords and tenants, acquisition surveys, planned maintenance and condition surveys.
Pritam is an Associate Director in Cost Management and Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 10 years of industry experience in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management.
Pritam began his career delivering complex projects for a large Main Contractor and was pivotal in securing significant commercial returns on these major projects. Having gained a vast amount of experience in project delivery, Pritam made the move into consultancy working with a variety of key Clients across a range of sectors.
He has developed valued Client relationships working closely with several key Clients in a collaborative and enthusiastic approach.
Pritam is responsible for the Cost Management team in the Leeds office with a view to building the team up and gaining a regional presence.
Rob is a Director and Chartered Building Surveyor with over 20 years industry experience in commercial Building Surveying and Project Management.
Specialising in Project Management and the Monitoring of retail, leisure and office developments or refurbishments, Rob is a trusted and valued advisor with many long-standing client relationships.
His collaborative approach results in a clear understanding of client’s objectives whilst his personal care and ownership of projects ensures consistent delivery. He is passionate about anticipating his client’s needs and exceeding expectations through exemplary service.
Rob is jointly responsible for Paragon’s Manchester and Leeds offices.
