Mark joined Colliers in December 2015 and is a Director within the Leeds Project and Building Consultancy department. He has over 17 years commercial experience having started his career at Atisreal/BNP Paribas Real Estate.
Mark is responsible for providing a wide range of commercial Building Surveying advice in respect of both professional and project-based instructions.
He has vast experience in acting in the role as Development Monitor for a variety of commercial and residential developments. He has also undertaken numerous Contract Administration roles in respect of both new build and refurbishment schemes, including detailed design, specification, and project monitoring.
Other skills include advice and negotiation of dilapidations liabilities for both investor and occupiers.
Ross is responsible for providing a wide range of commercial Building Surveying advice in respect of both professional and project-based instructions.
He has also undertaken numerous Contract Administration roles focusing mainly on refurbishment schemes, including detailed design, specification and project monitoring.
