Harriet is an Associate Director in the UK Project & Building Consultancy department, leading the charge on business development initiatives for the Project Management, Cost Management, Building Surveying, Neighbourly Matters and Project Monitoring Surveying teams. Focusing across all sectors, from commercial offices to residential , industrial & logistics to hospitality - our knowledgable and hands-on team provide practical expertise to maximise the potential of our client's real estate assets and create postive environments for the end user. From strategic technical due diligence across full portfolios, cost feasibility models and office refurbishments, to large scale regeneration projects and ground-up developments, we have extentise experience in delivering productive, enjoyable spaces, whilst increasing a site's ROI and strengthening its position in the market.
An active member in the commercial workplace sector, Harriet is the Vice President for the CoreNet Young Leader board and a committee member for CREW UK. She is passionate about encouraging and supporting the next generation of real estate professionals as they progress and grow in their careers.

As a leading cost consultant in the EMEA region,I help to shape design solutions by maximising value to clients and protecting their commercial interests.
I have worked as a cost consultant in London since 2000, initially working for Gardiner & Theobald for three years on a number of new build commercial office developments. Upon joining Turner & Townsend in 2004 I primarily worked on cultural sector projects such as Darwin Centre Phase 2 at Natural History Museum and the refurbishment of Tate Britain. Since 2010 I have specialised in interior fit out. I joined the Colliers team in August 2019 to help lead our Cost Management offer.

Nick has a wide breadth of experience in all general Building Surveying and Project Management instructions and specialises in regional offices.
He also has executive responsibility for Project and Building Consultancy throughout the UK Regions.

Paul joined Colliers in October 2013 and is a chartered Building Surveyor with over 17 years professional experience with King Sturge and Jones Lang LaSalle. Between 2003 and 2009 Paul was based in King Sturge’s Prague office where he established the Project Management & Building Consultancy department to extend the range of services offered by King Sturge throughout the Central European market.
In 2009 Paul transferred back to London and continued to coordinate King Sturge’s project management & building consultancy activities across Mainland Europe through teams based in Frankfurt, Prague, Warsaw and Bucharest. This included projects in Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Croatia, Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria and Turkey.
Since 2011, Paul has focused on developing more specialist expertise in project monitoring services including providing advice to banks and investors across a range of projects throughout the UK and Europe.
Paul is the main client contact and technical advisor to a number of key clients with property portfolios under management in Europe. He has a wide range of experience in core building surveying activities including pre purchase technical due diligence on portfolio acquistions in Spain, France, Germany and the Netherlands.
Brian has been specialising in Neighbourly Matters for 10 years, and has gained extensive knowledge of the project cycle and construction technology as a whole. His experience has seen him work on small residential projects and up to large scale multi-millon pound developmets in the centre of London.
Brian has gained experience acting or both Building Owners and Adjoining Owners, dealing with the Party Wall etc Act 1996, Scaffold and Crane oversail Licences and Development Appraisal Reports.
