Graham joined Colliers International in January 2012 and acts as Head of Transaction Management as well as   an Account Director for several Regional and Global Accounts in  the OS Team.

Graham has 10 years experience in transaction, asset and portfolio management acting for both Landlord and Tenant providing a broad, diverse and adaptable level of knowledge. He has a good level of expertise in Landlord and Tenant matters, financial modelling and reporting functions.

Graham has managed a number of key client accounts at Colliers including acting as Global or Regional  Account Director for Heineken, Nokia, Ramboll & SAP. Other current and past clients include FTI Consulting, Fortive, Ramboll, Gilead, Electrolux, IHS Markit, Marsh MC, Koch Industries, Microsoft, Quintiles, BT, Marsh & Red Hat.

Graham’s core Account Management responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with the client to understand & implement their Real Estate strategy to maximise benefit to the business
  • Coordinating day to day management of real estate activity across multiple accounts ensuring clear and consistent process aligned to clients needs
  • Supporting delivery of successful project wins through multi-disciplinary teamwork including coordination of Local Advisors, Solicitors, Workplace Analysis, Project & FM teams with the Client
  • Engagement of local Colliers teams throughout the region to ensure communication, best practice and reporting standards are achieved

Grahams core Operational responsibilities include:

  • Direct Reports: Responsible for managing all Graduate, Transaction & SeniorTransaction managers in the OS Team
  • Talent Recruitment: Responsibility for identifying & recruiting new talent in to the OS team 
  • Account Resourcing: Monitoring of  resourcing profile continuously to ensure all accounts are correctly resourced
  • Account Management Plan: Working with Peter Leyburn to  manage the general EMEA CS Account Management and Operations plan

University of Leicester: BA Business Economics

London South Bank University: MSc in Real Estate

Graham  worked in the residential property sector for 5 years before moving in the Commerical  Real Estate
