Professional Summary

Award-winning and accredited mental health and well-being Learning & Development manager and lifelong learner with over 20 years of experience in learning programme design, development, and management; digital learning and training; capability development; and knowledge management. I specialize in learning management anchored on principles of blended learning and open and distance education. Constantly curious, I adopt a systems-thinking approach (ADDIE, ISD) and harness instructional design (4C/ID) and learning technologies (Learning Management Systems, Next Generation Learning Platforms) to create, implement, and embed programs, solutions, and interventions - and weave these into multi-faceted learning experiences that support and enhance all aspects of the learner journey.

I have worked in the serviced offices space, consulting, and higher education sectors and am passionate about providing learning solutions and experiences - digital or otherwise - to support and empower people and teams all over the world.

I am a Fellow of the Learning & Performance Institute, a full member of the Institute of Innovation and Knowledge Exchange, an Associate member of the Association for Learning Technology (working towards certification), an accredited mental health and well-being manager (i-act), as well as being certified as adult mental health aware.

EMEA Digital Learning Manager
COLLIERS INTERNATIONAL (JUN 2021 – PRESENT)
Reporting directly to the EMEA CPO, responsible for managing Colliers University Online (Cornerstone), LinkedIn Learning, other company learning technologies, and identifying new technology as appropriate to launch into Colliers EMEA businesses.

Learning Experience Manager
UNIVERSITY COLLEGE LONDON (JAN 2021 – MAY 2021)
I managed the day-to-day operations of the Learning & Development portfolio of over 720 learning events for UCL’s live / synchronous fully online and blended learning programmes for over 14300 staff, 6000 research staff, 23900 postgraduate students and doctoral students in 675 postgraduate programmes from over 150 countries.
Highlights: Winner: 2021 One UCL Awards - Ways of Working - Working Together Award: For the team demonstrating excellent collaboration, communication, and shared learning in the way that they work together. The One UCL Awards recognise, celebrate, and reward UCL Academic and Professional Services staff who have demonstrated outstanding performance in their roles, contributing to the success of UCL.

Training Operations and Digital Learning Lead
UNIVERSITY COLLEGE LONDON (JAN 2020 – JAN 2021)
I provided full life-cycle digital learning management of all of UCL Learning & Development’s portfolio of synchronous and asynchronous learning events for staff and research staff.
Highlights:  Spearheading the pivot to online to seamlessly roll out 192 previously face-to-face courses for the March-Aug 2020 term to over 13000 learners by tapping into existing networks and resources and working with course providers to optimise content and delivery, resulting in minimal disruption and maximum engagement on facilitator, learner, and administrative team’s ends.

Learning Project Manager
AMAZON EU OPERATIONS (SEPT 2019 – DEC 2019)
I had full ownership and delivery of a flagship training programme and at the same time provided data-driven project management support for various learning programmes in the Amazon EU Operations group.
Highlights: Streamlining the delivery and launch of the flagship blended senior management training programme pilot within six weeks of start date. 

Global Learning Management Specialist
IWG / REGUS (JUL 2014 – AUG 2019)
I optimized and managed L&D programs for 10000+ geographically-dispersed learners of all levels in more than 2300 business centres in 110 countries by integrating adult learning principles in the transformation of traditional face-to-face classroom training and fully online courses into blended learning programmes.
Highlights: Recognition for the following works:
•    Finalist: Fused! 2019 - Best Learning Experience leveraging Fuse for the blended global Induction program
•    Winner: 2015 Cornerstone Client Excellence Awards – Most Dramatic Business Impact Award for implementing the newly-released Observation Checklist function that boosted sales by 7%

Learning Management System Implementation, Adoption, and Engagement Specialist
IWG / REGUS (FEB 2012 – AUG 2019)
I was extensively involved in the complete lifecycle transition to two different learning systems: from a sales enablement platform (BrainShark) to a traditional learning management system (Cornerstone) in 2012 and then to a next generation learning platform (Fuse Universal) in 2017. Both were successfully deployed to 10000+ users globally.
Highlights: Successful launch and go-live of next generation learning platform (NGLP) in Nov 2017 after six months of implementation work concurrent with business-as-usual global L&D functions - on time, within budget, and with glowing feedback and end user reception. 

Global Induction Specialist
IWG / REGUS (FEB 2011 – AUG 2019)
I designed, implemented, managed, and regularly refined the new joiner induction process to support new hires from day one by equipping them with the knowledge, resources, and network needed for skills acquisition and retention. The refinements in the induction process ushered it from being face-to-face in format to being purely online until it evolved into a fully blended programme. I supported these changes in the learning journey through virtual and personal check-ins, touchpoints, and training (classroom induction and virtual workshop) sessions.
Highlights: Global Induction program cited as a finalist in the Fused! 2019 customer awards for Best Learning Experience leveraging Fuse.

Capability Development Specialist
ACCENTURE (JUL 2008 – JAN 2011)
I supported various global industries in the Public Service Capability Development Communities of Practice (CoP) and provided lifecycle management support of asset development, deployment, and knowledge management as well as entity strategy, learning, curriculum, and planning support.
Highlights: Regular volunteer for corporate social responsibility events that included holding taster learning sessions on soft skills and writing in partner colleges.

I provided global knowledge management support for the Government Knowledge Network through:
•    Creating and packaging content to fulfil data and information requests
•    Administering the Help Desk and maintaining structural and data integrity
