Erica joined Colliers in 2018 and has a national remit as a specialist advisor for Build-to-Rent (multifamily and PRS) developments. She is focussed on design consultancy, funding transactions and exit options analysis.
Prior to joining Colliers, Erica advised UHNWIs and family offices in London. During this time, she was involved in deal originations and also actively managed a value-add portfolio of prime residential assets across London (zones 1-2).

- Disposal of Bargate Quarter in Southampton city centre with planning for 519 BTR apartmets for Tellon Capital to LGIM on a forward funding basis. GDV £139m.
- Disposal of Inland Homes' Homebase Walthamstow site with planning for 355-BTR apartments to Sigma Capital on a forward funding basis. GDV £116m.
- Disposal of Brook Place 2, Sheffield to Grainger Plc.
- Advised Pension Insurance Corporation on the acquisition and forward funding of 520 apartments at Muse Development's New Victoria site in Manchester. GDV £130m.
- Disposal of Menta Regeneration's (Phase II) East Croydon scheme to Mitsubishi Estate on a forward funding basis. GDV £250m.
- Acquisition of Homebase Wandsworth on behalf of LGIM. The site had planning for 550 apartments, and will be replanned with additional land to deliver over 1,000 new BTR units. The acquisition price was £77.75m
- Disposal of Taylor Wimpey East London's Chelmer Waterside, Essex development to LGIM on a forward funding basis. GDV c.£28m.
- Advised an under-bidder on the acquisition of the 5,000 apartment Quintain Portfolio, Wembley Park. GDV c£6.5bn

Andrew heads up the UK Residential & International Properties (Asia) Department at Colliers and is a specialist advisor in residential and mixed use developments. He has been involved in some of the largest and most complex sites within the U.K.
The Residential Department at Colliers comprises a market leading team of surveyors and advisers who focus on London, The South East and the Regions, advising clients on their options for maximising value for their assets, including planning, development consultancy, Build To Rent, investment and disposal strategy and New Homes & Project marketing, both in the UK and Internationally.
Andrew has worked in the sector since 1994 having started his career with a large multinational real estate agency, then running his own land agency for 8 years before joining Colliers in 2013. He has advised government bodies such as the NHS, as well as family businesses, funds, charities, developers and companies on their strategy for disposal of their land holdings and property assets.
Clients include, Legal & General, the NHS, Royal London Asset Management, The Diocese of London, London Square, Telereal Trilium, Threadneedle, Aberdeen Standard, Greggs, Rexel and PSA Group as well as other large corporate landowners.
James has worked within the property sector since graduating from University in 2010. Initially working in the UK Retail Development sector. James joined Colliers International in 2013 and Heads the Residential Development team.
James has worked on a range of projects for both private and public sector clients across the south of England, helping clients maximise the value from their assets through strategic development advice and considered disposal strategies. James specialises in residential development agency, including acquisition & disposals advice, options analysis and modelling, site specific marketing & sales strategies tailored to our private and public sector landowner clients.

I have over 28 years experience in the Real Estate profession, focused on the North West of England but with particular emphasis on Manchester City Centre. Ten of those years was as lead Director of Lambert Smith Hampton’s Office Agency Department and after that ten years as the Principal Development, Investment, Office Agency Director at my own firm WHR. Based in Colliers Manchester office I offer a depth and breadth of commercial experience to Investors, Developers, Landlords and Occupiers with particular regard to complex mixed use scheme with a focus on procurement of Planning, Development, Letting and Disposal of City Centre office schemes. I deal with all aspects of office agency where I have been one of the principle protagonists for the evolution of Manchester’s City Centre office market. My role includes providing Developers / Investors a unique insight into occupational requirements and how they should and will influence the design criteria of complex refurbished projects as well as ground up new build schemes. I pride myself in delivering performance for Colliers clients in a competitive market place.
I was born in Hong Kong, raised and educated in the US and spent 11 years working in Shanghai (2004 to 2015). I’m a native English speaker, fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
I have 18 years experience in residential (lettings) real estate, relocation, residential sales, acquisition of a major corporate division along with building two business lines; financial disbursements and immigration. My transformation of a loss making team into the most profitable in the industry was through winning the relocation of 350 families for Disney Shanghai.
Being based in London since 2015, I have worked for Regal London and Knight Dragon where I've built my extensive agents/introducers and runner network as well as understanding the true requirements from developers.
Tony joined Colliers in 2019 and specialises in the Build-to-Rent sector, including both multifamily and single-family housing. His role includes producing market research and analysis, as well as development appraisals. Prior to BTR, Tony has four-years of experience in residential sales and lettings agency, looking after HNWIs from the Far East who were investing in or relocating to England. Tony has also recently submitted a dissertation on Build-to-Rent in England for his MSc degree in International Real Estate and Planning at UCL.
Anthony is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors having qualified in 1993 following being awarded a BSc with Distinction for the London South Bank University. He has a varied professional and agency background as both a principal and consultant and has acted for a range of public, corporate and private clients, both in the UK and abroad. His knowledge of the client side enables him to provide strategic advice for a range of major mixed use development projects.
Mike works in the Build to Rent team, having joined the company as a graduate in 2016.
His role is to source, appraise and broker forward funding and forward commitment Build to Rent/PRS opportunities across the UK.
