Professional Summary
Emily joined Colliers in February 2020 and is an Associate Director of Valuation in the Birmingham Office. She began her career with Vail Williams LLP in the South East before moving to Birmingham in 2015.
Emily provides loan security valuations for all main UK and European banks and regularly acts on behalf of a very wide range of High Street and specialist property lenders. She provides valuation advice for purchase and statutory purposes, as well as on family, tax and pension matters. Her expertise covers a wide range of property types, including industrial, office, retail, residential, healthcare, marine and places of worship.

Simon has 19 years experience in Valuation, Professional Services and Agency in the property Industry. He is Joint Head of the Birmingham Valuation Department. Since joining Colliers International in 2002 Simon has specialised in commercial and residential valuation and development consultancy work. Simon has a passionate commitment in providing clients with exceptional service.
He is involved in serving major private and public sector clients including investors, developers, banks and corporate occupiers and undertakes the valuation of a wide variety of UK based property. In particular Simon provides advice for loan security and balance sheet purposes.
Sue has been with Colliers International for 9 years acting as Secretary for the Birmingham Valuation and Advisory Services team providing comprehensive secretarial support and services. She provides an efficient and effective administration service to the Team and ensures full compliance with all internal company and external statutory requirements.
Beth joined the Birmingham office's graduate scheme in September 2019, following a successful internship in the summer of 2019.
Her first APC rotation was in Valuation and Advisory Services with her second being in Rating, until she successfully passed her APC in November 2021 and joined the Licensed and Leisure Agency team based in Birmingham.
