Eamon has significant experience raising finance for trading businesses across the full lifecycle of debt transactions, including; business planning, funding options, debt capacity, credit analysis, debt structuring, marketing materials, offer analysis, negotiation & documentation.
As a qualified accountant, but with direct experience in bank liquidity and capital adequacy, Eamon has a deeper understanding of the relationship between the borrower’s underlying financials and the lender’s rationale. This unique skill set has proven valuable. In fact, funding advised on by Eamon has resulted in the delivery of over 6,000 units.
One particular strength of Eamon’s skillset is his understanding of different lenders in the fragmented markets. Eamon has lead successful transactions with banks and non-bank lenders such as pension funds, insurance funds, aggregators, local authorities and private equity/debt funds to name a few. Finally, Eamon is a Fellow Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (2012 Prizewinner) and holds an MSc. Finance from Trinity College, Dublin.

With over 20 years’ experience in the finance sector as both a lender and advisor, Amy specialises in providing advice and execution support to enable her clients to raise finance with confidence. Amy has a client centric approach and proven track record of optimising terms whilst reducing execution risk.
Amy has a broad knowledge of debt products and capital providers, across the credit spectrum, from traditional banks and challengers to asset based lenders, bridgers and credit funds. This enables her clients to optimise their capital structure to support their strategic objectives, from acquisitions and refinances to working capital and shareholder realignments.
Her financing experience spans all core sectors including: commercial and residential real estate, construction, healthcare, hotels and leisure, logistics, manufacturing, social housing and student accommodation.
As Head of Debt Advisory, Ben is responsible for advising Colliers UK and European Clients on Real Estate debt facilities that delivers enhanced returns, more efficient structures and a greater connectivity to the financial markets.
With 20 years’ experience within the Structured Finance & Real Estate Banking sector, Ben established ALC in 2013, a specialist Real Estate Debt Advisory business, the team then joined Colliers in 2018. He previously worked for Standard Chartered, National Australia Bank and RBS in various Real Estate roles.
Ben has extensive experience in the arrangement and monitoring of Real Estate credit structures across the capital stack and asset classes. This includes senior, whole and mezz loans, with facilities arranged from several million to several hundred million.
The team work with over 240 global credit funders, from banks to debt funds to opportunistic Family Offices. As a single point of contact, Ben and his team are able to reduce execution risk, improve clients IRR and Cash on Cash Yields whilst striving to deliver an outstanding client experience.
Richard has over ten years’ experience working in high-security technology industries; including Defence, Nuclear and Oil and Gas. He joined the team in 2015 and applied analytical skills, developed within an engineering environment, to the finance sector and now specialises in modelling and credit analysis across all asset classes.
Richard also has a strong background in IT with experience implementing and supporting business systems for a number SMEs; including document management, CRM, accounting and network / system administration.
Adrian is a Director at Colliers International in Jersey, where he joined the team in 2015.
He is responsible for driving the Private Client business forward and building strong links with Channel Island based Trust and Company Service Providers. He is passionate about finding the right solutions for his clients and helping them to satisfy their financing needs as seamlessly as possible.
Laurence is a Director at Colliers International in Jersey, where he joined the team in 2016.
He specialises in institutional and corporate debt financing. Working across all parts of the debt stack, and all real estate asset classes, he is passionate about structuring creative credit solutions to further a client’s investment objectives and maximise target returns.
Diana is responsible for structuring and brokering real estate debt solutions for institutional clients. She advises on all asset classes and across the entire debt stack, including senior, stretched senior, mezzanine, whole loans and profit-share arrangements. She covers properties ranging from single-tenant assets to diversified property portfolios as well as being experienced in the financing of development projects, both ground-up and refurbishments, and bridge financing.
