Dermot O'Brien

Dermot is a chartered surveyor in the Building Consultancy division having completed an honours degree in Building Surveying. Dermot has over 30 years of commercial and residential experience within Colliers.

Dermot provides a complete service and generates long term relationships with many of our significant clients in providing a wide range of building surveying services.

In particular he has successfully a large number of portfolio programmes for clients such as Sainsburys Supermarkets, Domestic and General Group, Priory Healthcare, British Land plc, Delancey plc, among many others.

Dermot is currently the lead contact for Client Relationship Management for the Building Surveying Services framework with Siemens plc. 

Dermot also acts as a Project Manager on larger contracts and CDM Co-ordinator for major projects including 2 no major developments for the London Business School.
