Professional Summary

David has been part of the Business Space Lease Advisory team at Colliers since completing his undergraduate degree at Oxford Brookes University. Since joining,  David has completed both his Masters (MSc) in Real Estate Development and the RICS APC programme and is now a fully qualified member of the RICS.  

David specialises in the Industrial, Logisitics and Offices market sectors, providing advice to both occupier and investors alike on rent review, lease renewal and lease re-struture negotiations. Working predominately within the South-East of the UK and in London, his clientele currently includes Screwfix, CBRE GI,  Plumbase,  Interserve and Vodafone. 


Playing and scoring in the  the FA Youth Cup, FA Vase and FA Cup qualifying rounds. 

Running the 2018 Royal Parks Half Marathon and the 2019 Virgin London Marathon , raising an aggreate of £5,000 for Age Uk Barnet and the ChickenShed Theatre. 

Completing the Colliers Graduate London to Amsterdam Cycle  and being part of a team that raised over £20,000 for CALM charity. Completing my Undergraduate degree, Masters degree and RICS APC programme.

What a fantastic day/evening at the Property Week Cup held at Loftus Road home of QPR Football Club. The annual tournament is held to help raise money for the Bobby Moore Fund for Cancer Research UK.
