Testimonials
"Conor,
The move went very smoothly, and the staff are as happy as I have ever seen them in any office! Now is a good time to thank you for all of your efforts over the last (19!) months, you have always acted in our best interests and managed the process professionally and to tough deadlines. We are very pleased with the incentives/commercial terms that you achieved; it was a great result. Also for the first time (in a long time) we feel that we have a relationship with the landlord, a lot of this is due to you keeping the communications going between the parties from an early stage.
Problem solving our late parking requirement was also very much appreciated. As always, we wouldn’t hesitate to use Colliers again for all of our property needs."
- Steve Butterworth, Head of Finance - Simon Carves Engineering Ltd
