As Facilities Director for the UK operation, Chris sets the strategic and tactical direction of the department, providing a quality, pro-active service. Chris is responsible for the Facilities budget creation and budget delivery covering all soft and hard FM tasks.

I have an accomplished track record working to stringent deadlines and budgetary restraints, a problem solver who takes a hands-on approach. I enjoy setting exceptional standards across all FM activities, which creates a culture of quality and driving motivation throughout the team. Strong focus is placed on developing high-level customer relationships with all other business service lines in the organisation.
