Professional Summary

My role here at Colliers International is Executive Assistant to Ben Hall, the Head of the Leeds Office and Director of National Capital Markets well as Office Manager for the Leeds Site.

Within my role of Executive Assistant, I assist Ben in both his duties for running the Leeds Office and his National Capital Markets role. As part of this responsibility I deal with the office budgets, profit and losses, website content, event organisation, invoicing and all travel arrangements. 

For my role of Office Manager, I am the point of contact for the Support Team and I am the Line Manager for the Leeds Office Reception. I am responsible for the smooth running of the office, oversee all holidays and sicknesses, deal with incoming invoices and I am the Health and Safety Champion.

I work with the Leeds Charity Committee whereby we organise charitable events/donations to local organisations.

I am involved in the Leeds Charity Committee, a Mental Health Ambassador and assist in organising events and fund raisers.

I organise various events within the Leeds office such as the office Christmas party and staff socials. I also assist the Retail team with the annual Midsummer Retail event , the Pie and Peas event as well as the Northern Powerhouse event.


"Charlotte helped coordinate a large piece of data work as part of the Radius (Dingo) project.  This involved managing a large amount of data and working with the whole national admin team and therefore required good organisation and diligence.  Charlotte delivered the objective, on time and actually managed to get far more responses than I would have expected.  This was all delivered with minimal input from myself albeit she raised questions at the appropriate times.  In terms of services support this is exactly what should be provided although is actually rare.  Charlotte is very helpful, always positive and willing to help and displays initiative and a can do attitude."
