I joined Colliers in 2007 and have over 20 years’ experience in selling, letting and marketing residential property in Central London and beyond. I was originally responsible for Central London Residential Sales and Lettings and one of my core services was providing tailored searches for large corporations and individuals.
I now work in Development Consultancy and work closely with the Land and New Homes teams. Offering advice from the earliest stage, often supporting our clients with the initial land acquisition, through to the sale of the final unit. I work alongside developers to optimise the scheme, maximise values and saleability.
I provide advice throughout the development process, offering detailed comparable analysis, demographics data and market commentary to support our pricing appraisals.
