Brian has been specialising in Neighbourly Matters for 10 years, and has gained extensive knowledge of the project cycle and construction technology as a whole. His experience has seen him work on small residential projects and up to large scale multi-millon pound developmets in the centre of London.
Brian has gained experience acting or both Building Owners and Adjoining Owners, dealing with the Party Wall etc Act 1996, Scaffold and Crane oversail Licences and Development Appraisal Reports.
Accomplishments
Brian has vast experience dealing with a range of Neighoburly Matters issues on projects such as, 11-15 Grosvenor Crescent, St Johns Wood Square, The London Spire, The Kensington, 80 New Bond Street, and Gain House on Drury Lane, 1 Undershaft and Upton Gardens.
Since joining Colliers Brian has developed a good owrking relationship with some of Colliers key clients, including Ponteadea, Barratt London and Aberdeen Standard Investment.
Brian has also served on the Junior Committee of the Pyrmus & Thisbee Club (an orgainsation for the bastions of party wall legislation) planning CPD events and lectures each year and charing some of these CPD events.
