My Team
I joined the IPM central London management team in May 2011 before previously serving three and half years at EA Shaw Chartered Surveyors as a Facilities Manager. Specialising in the West End and City, I was mainly responsible for a large retail portfolio, comprising of 106 retail units, 63 restaurants, bars & clubs, and also including commercial offices, these holdings were valued at £368.4 million.
Prior to this I held the role of Facilities Coordinator at the British Broadcasting Corporations (BBC) for six and a half years providing full Facilities Management coverage of the BBC’s London portfolio including Television centre.
In the earlier years of my career I worked for several well-known engineering maintenance companies thus giving me a complete understanding of mechanical and electrical maintenance and HVAC systems. I also have in-depth knowledge of health and safety legislation.
I am currently responsible for over 1 million sq. ft. of central London stock for over 20 clients.
After moving to London, Zoe began her career as an administrator for the Colliers Investment Property Management Team in London. She now manages the Hyde Park Estate, instructed by the Church Commissioners for England.
