Customer Experience & Marketing Apprentice
Aneesa joined us at the beginning of January 2022, in the role of a Customer Experience & Marketing Apprentice, working alongside Zohaib Razvi, in our Investment Property Management team. Aneesa’s role is to work with Front of House staff at various properties, to create and enhance the customer experience for occupiers, resulting in growth of an internal community, and connections to the external communities. Aneesa is also studying a Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) qualification, which goes alongside her marketing content creation, for both general and property specific documents that enhance the CX.
Whilst Aneesa is still early on in her career, she brings with her knowledge of customer care from her previous roles at Randstad, Sir Robert McAlpine and Iron Mountain, and is keen to develop these further while at Colliers.
Aneesa has a proven track record in delivering exceptional results in her previous roles, by taking a strong ownership, giving her peers the confidence to trust her, allowing her to deputise and train her colleagues.
Partaken in the National Citizenship Service, over a four week period, which included outdoor activities, developing financial, numerical and communication skills, as well as raising money for the mental health charity MIND.
Aneesa is also a member of the Shree Mandhata Mandal India Community, based in Bedfordshire, pre-Covid, regularly attending and helping at events for the community members. One of her main accomplishments was organizing a charity dinner and dance in aid of the Keech Hospice, including a raffle, and collectively raised £876.54.
Aneesa has volunteered at the Noah homeless charity in Luton, preparing meals for the homeless and is currently a volunteer for the Go Dharmic charity. On a bi-weekly basis she packs approximately 200 bags each of perishable and non-perishable foods, for distribution to five academies under the Luton Shared Learning Trust, and to the wider community. She also joins other volunteers on Monday evenings in Luton Town Centre to distribute hot meals, snacks, and drinks to those in need.
Aneesa obtained an A* in Business Studies at Luton Sixth Form College, and is now working towards a degree in Marketing as a part of her apprenticeship.

Zohaib joined Colliers in January 2020 to spearhead the Customer Experience Strategy. Zohaib is a hospitality management professional offering 15 years of experience in executing challenging responsibilities pertaining to Guest Relations Management, Front of House Operations, Food and Beverage Operations in the Hospitality and Property Management industry. Zohaib has worked for some of the world's most renowned Luxury Hotels such as Grand Hyatt Hotel Mumbai, The Grand Sheraton Hotel Mumbai, Le Meridien, Pune, The Royal Horseguards Hotel London, The Grovenor Hotel London, The Tower Hotel London, Hilton Hotel London.
Zohaib is also experienced in the property management sector leading a large in-house FOH operation and has a proven track record in delivering exceptional Guest experience with prime focus on a 5 Star delivery from enquiry to execution. People management skill are Zohaib's core strength, along with an extensive knowledge of team performance management, recruitment strategy and team building.
