Andrew heads up the UK Residential & International Properties (Asia) Department at Colliers and is a specialist advisor in residential and mixed use developments. He has been involved in some of the largest and most complex sites within the U.K.
The Residential Department at Colliers comprises a market leading team of surveyors and advisers who focus on London, The South East and the Regions, advising clients on their options for maximising value for their assets, including planning, development consultancy, Build To Rent, investment and disposal strategy and New Homes & Project marketing, both in the UK and Internationally.
Andrew has worked in the sector since 1994 having started his career with a large multinational real estate agency, then running his own land agency for 8 years before joining Colliers in 2013. He has advised government bodies such as the NHS, as well as family businesses, funds, charities, developers and companies on their strategy for disposal of their land holdings and property assets.
Clients include, Legal & General, the NHS, Royal London Asset Management, The Diocese of London, London Square, Telereal Trilium, Threadneedle, Aberdeen Standard, Greggs, Rexel and PSA Group as well as other large corporate landowners.
Accomplishments
I have been fortunate enought to have been involved with some incredible projects that have contributed to changing the fabric of an area, to smaller boutique developments that fit into a local community. Below is a list of some of the more memorable projects.
- Disposal of Crown House Brighton for £15M.
- Disposal of Bond House New Cross with planning for 89 units to Crest Nicholson.
- Disposal of the BT Depot Langley with planning for 129 houses on behalf of Telereal Trillium.
- Disposal of 266 Balham High Road with planning for 71 units for Indigo Scott.
- Disposal for the NHS Essex for 1200 units at Severalls Hospital Essex, one of the largest NHS site to come to market.
- Disposal of the Smith Centre Henley for Threadneedle .
- Disposal of Callis Yard Woolwich with planning for 150 units on behalf of Inland Homes.
- Disposal of Maltings Farm West End Woking with planning for 95 houses on behalf of MHA.
- Acquisition of Tolworth Tower for £53.5 M to CNM Estates, including hotel, retail and office space and in excess of 300 residential units.
- Disposal of Axion House Lewisham for 150 units on behalf of Bike Alert.
- Disposal of 34 Kilburn High Road, a mixed use residential investment for £19.4M on behalf of the Salamancar Trust.
- Disposal of Sherborne Wharf Birmingham for Inland Homes with planning for 250 units.
- Disposal of 60 Neasden Lane NW10 with planning for 121 residential units plus commercial space for £12.5M.
- Acquisition of McBean Street Woolwich to Legal & General for 700 units for circa £45M.
- Acquision of Smugglers Way Wandsworth for Legal & General for 1000 units with a GDV of over £500m.
- Disposal of Amen Corner Bracknell to Danescroft for £4.5M on behalf of receivers.
- Acquisition of Trumpers Way Hanwell for MHA for £12.5M for 150 units

James has worked within the property sector since graduating from University in 2010. Initially working in the UK Retail Development sector. James joined Colliers International in 2013 and Heads the Residential Development team.
James has worked on a range of projects for both private and public sector clients across the south of England, helping clients maximise the value from their assets through strategic development advice and considered disposal strategies. James specialises in residential development agency, including acquisition & disposals advice, options analysis and modelling, site specific marketing & sales strategies tailored to our private and public sector landowner clients.
Anthony is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors having qualified in 1993 following being awarded a BSc with Distinction for the London South Bank University. He has a varied professional and agency background as both a principal and consultant and has acted for a range of public, corporate and private clients, both in the UK and abroad. His knowledge of the client side enables him to provide strategic advice for a range of major mixed use development projects.
Erica joined Colliers in 2018 and has a national remit as a specialist advisor for Build-to-Rent (multifamily and PRS) developments. She is focussed on design consultancy, funding transactions and exit options analysis.
Prior to joining Colliers, Erica advised UHNWIs and family offices in London. During this time, she was involved in deal originations and also actively managed a value-add portfolio of prime residential assets across London (zones 1-2).
Anthony has provided planning consultancy advice to a wide range of clients since 1994 and has obtained significant planning experience throughout the United Kingdom. Planning advice is provided to achieve clients objectives for private landowners, institutional investors, commercial developers, house builders, local authorities and government bodies for mixed use proposals and/or separate retail, industrial, business, leisure and residential uses. Anthony has a high success rate in securing a beneficial planning outcome for clients, whether that be via planning applications, securing site allocations or providing strategic planning strategy to attain an agreed outcome.
Kevin began his career working in the Square Mile with Merrill Lynch on their FX desk before making the decision to trade property as a commodity instead. Since then he has gone on to acquire over 27 years experience in the London real estate markets having working for respected estate agents covering residential sales and lettings, a private developer conducting acquisition and resale work. More recently he spent a number of years working for a Private Family Office dealing with global UHNWI's and corporate clients offering residential investment acquisition and disposal strategies before moving into the Prop-Tech sector working for an online property disruptor. In 2017 he joined Colliers dealing with the domestic sale of residential new build developments in London and the Home Counties. In 2019 Kevin moved to the International Properties team overseeing our residential project marketing strategy to our global database of buyers & in late 2022 Kevin returned to the Domestic desk where his vast experience can be utilised in uncertain times for both developers and purchasers.
Tony joined Colliers in 2019 and specialises in the Build-to-Rent sector, including both multifamily and single-family housing. His role includes producing market research and analysis, as well as development appraisals. Prior to BTR, Tony has four-years of experience in residential sales and lettings agency, looking after HNWIs from the Far East who were investing in or relocating to England. Tony has also recently submitted a dissertation on Build-to-Rent in England for his MSc degree in International Real Estate and Planning at UCL.
Mike works in the Build to Rent team, having joined the company as a graduate in 2016.
His role is to source, appraise and broker forward funding and forward commitment Build to Rent/PRS opportunities across the UK.

Mike has over 20 years experience in the London and wider UK new homes markets, acting for a wide range of clients from niche developers to national housebuilders and public sector bodies and leading many UK and International sales campaigns. He has extensive consultancy experience on design, specification, scheme and unit layoutand marketing expertise, advising clients on branding, collateral and target market identification. Mike has provided advice and inpu on projects ranging from single homes to 10,000 unit regeneration schemes.

Mike was previously a Partner at a competing firm and over his career to date has spearheaded numerous marketing campaigns both within the UK and Internationally, with a focus on South East Asia and China.
