Well respected within the industry, Andrew is an Executive Managing Director with over 20 years of global experience within Corporate Real Estate. Andrew has a wealth of knowledge having advised dozens of Fortune 500 companies throughout the world on developing real estate transformation solutions.
As Executive Managing Director of EMEA Occupier Services. Andrew drives strategy, client service delivery and spearheads the growth of Colliers’ occupier business within the EMEA region.
Andrew leads integrated service delivery for all occupier clients specialising in corporate real estate services, portfolio strategy, transaction management, brokerage, lease administration, project management, workplace services, and facilities management outsourcing advisory across the EMEA region.
Prior to joining Colliers, Andrew worked for CBRE where he has held senior leadership roles within their Global Workplace Solutions business in Chicago, Hong Kong, New York and London. He has gained extensive global experience advising large corporations on their global real estate organization and strategy over the last 18 years, having worked across EMEA, North America and Asia Pacific. Andrew also currently serves on the global board of directors of Corenet, the leading global association for the corporate real estate profession.
He has lived and worked internationally and has a deep understanding of the cultural and regional challenges within a global organisation.

Rapidly progressed from Head of Client Solutions to Global Director Workplace Solutions, and then to Executive Director of Global Workplace Solutions living and working in Hong Kong, New York and London respectively.

James Rawdon-Mogg is the Head of Enterprise Client Solutions for Occupier Services in EMEA, leading on business development, account mobilisation and client account transformation. James is a member of the EMEA Occupier Services Advisory Board.
James has been working in EMEA Occupier Services at Colliers International since January 2014, managing corporate client accounts, developing new relationships and service lines. Prior to joining Colliers, James qualified as a commercial Chartered Surveyor with Savills and spent 3 years as a self employed consultant. As a former member of the Army Reserves, James also spent a year on mobilised full time service on operations in Afghanistan (Op Herrick 12/ 13).
James has 15 years’ experience in commercial asset management, corporate real estate consultancy, lease advisory and property management, qualifying as a surveyor (RICS) in 2009. He has worked on client accounts ranging from large corporates such as National Grid, Electronic Data Systems, BP and Shell, to small investment clients with commercial portfolios.
In his spare time, James is also a (very) amateur jockey, riding mainly in point to point races and also occasionally under rules.
JanJaap and his team help organizations rethink the way they work and develop new work- and office concepts that impact on organizational goals, productivity, engagement and health of employees. Office concepts are translated to requirements for location, building and interior. JanJaap is specialized in developing work concepts and requirements for corporate clients by balancing corporate best practices and specific local demands based on local conditions, specific workprocesses and country culture.
Previously he held a senior role with Atos Consulting where he developed innovative work and office concepts for a variety of clients mainly in the public sector. He joined the AOS Group in 2012 and since Colliers International acquired the company in 2015 he has been advising a variety of clients on workplace solutions including IBM, Deloitte, ING and many more.
Nicholas brings a depth of industry experience gained both client and supply side to provide a unique capability in an advisory capacity for strategic development, transformation and implementation of all types of FM and outsourcing models.
Understanding the capabilities of FM suppliers and the dynamics within the industry, underpins effective and sustainable FM solutions that are aligned to client business drivers. A foundation of FM experience ensures that outsourcing and FM strategies are robust and sustainable.
Working in the UK, Dubai, Nigeria and Europe Nicholas has developed and delivered effective and efficient FM solutions within professional services, banking, telecoms, transport, rail, media, utilities and manufacturing industries.
Nicholas has a technical background and a proven capability to deliver transformation agendas with pace, professionalism and passion.
An experienced Real Estate and Construction professional who has worked for over twenty years providing advice across the life cycle of commercial properties for a number of large multi-national corporate clients. These include Centrica, Whitbread, Shell, Microsoft, GSK, PeopleSoft, and Nokia Networks.
A technical background coupled with management expertise, key areas of success include: Design management, project management, risk and value management, programme management, PMO, stakeholder and change management.
Tom Sleigh joined Colliers in 2019 as Head of Flexible Workplace Consultancy in the EMEA region. Tom supports occupier clients in the execution of their flexible workspace strategy and requirements, in addition to advising flexible operators on their expansion strategy throughout EMEA. He also supports real estate investors considering entering the sector, specialising in partnerships between asset owners and operators.

I have extensive experience of Engineering and property services, having previously provided FM expertise and advice for services on behalf of key clients including TYCO, Imperial Tobacco and various retail schemes.
I joined Colliers International in January 2006 and I am principally involved in the management of our clients sub-let portfolios & properties.
Peter is Head of Enterprise Clients, Occupier Services EMEA. He is focussed on ensuring Colliers' Occupier Services enterprise clients are receiving best-in-class solutions to manage their organisations and portfolios.
He is responsible for ensuring service excellence including account growth, setting direction on account strategy & innovation. He leads the programme to hire, grow and develop our Account and Transaction Managers.
In addition, Peter is also responsible for leading Colliers EMEA Cross Border Tenant Representation, coordinating the in-country Tenant Rep teams to deliver multi-market solutions to our occupier clients.
Peter is a senior member of Colliers Global Tenant Advisory Council and maintains close working relationships with key Colliers occupier focused teams across all global regions in order to seamlessly connect clients, advisers and brokers.
