Testimonials
“It was a pleasure to work with Amy, who was easy to deal with at all times. The valuation became quite complicated as there was some confusion from the customer about which part of the land they owned, having sold off various plots over the years. Amy explained everything in a clear and helpful way, and the customers were very pleased with her approach. The final valuation report was clear and accurate and Amy was really helpful, nothing was too much trouble for her at all.”
“The Bank were satisfied with the report provided and Amy was found to be approachable and helpful. Following receipt of the initial draft report additional input was requested on certain areas. This was subsequently discussed with Amy and further detailed analysis was provided and incorporated within the final report. Timescales of the report were met and we found Amy knowledgeable of the sector and approachable to deal with.”
