Alys was recruited to join Colliers in 2016 and worked for 5 years in the National Offices Team before joining the Central London Landlord & Occupier Team in January 2022. 

She undertakes both leasehold and freehold acquisitions and disposals on behalf of a wide range of corporate and individual clients.

Prior to joining Colliers International Alys worked for Savills.

Accomplishments

  • Advising Abrdn on disposal strategy for a number of assets across the South East. 

  • Advising Aviva Investors and Crest Nicholson on 800,000 sq ft commercial development site at Longcross, Chertsey.

  • Disposal - 60,000 sq ft on behalf of Kier and Investec at Kings House, Hammersmith.

  • Acquisition - providing advice to NIO with regard to the pre let of a new UK HQ of up to 150,000 sq ft.

  • Disposal - 50,000 sq ft at Maxis, Bracknell on behalf of Hines & Oaktree.

  • Acquisition - 11,000 sq ft at Vantage, Brentford, on behalf of Pole to Win.
