About
Professional Summary
My Master of Applied Cultural Analysis enabled my deeper understanding of different humans and individual contexts. I combine ethnographic toolbox (interview, focus group, observation) with quantitative methods (survey, utilization data) to reveal patterns for strategic decisions that create value. Expertise in understanding end-users of space is a key ingredient in helping organizations to optimize the experience they provide and thereafter attract and retain talent.
I am naturally very curious and continuously learn about trends in our highly dynamic industry, through extensive reading and actively participating in CoreNet Global. In parallel, as a Leesman Advanced Practitioner I interpret Leesman data and distribute their expert knowledge within the industry, embarking on a mission to use independent, evidence-based analysis to make informed decisions about workplaces.
