Research

We produce a wide range of research reports in support of the Colliers International business. Our renowned retail sector research continues to evolve with 'health check' reports for London and a range of national town centres supplementing the annual mid-summer retail report. Our Net Stock Absorption office research is at the leading edge and provides a unique insight into the health of the London and UK regional office markets. Publications also provide a detailed insight into specialist sectors such as media & technology, residential, healthcare and leisure.

Forecasting

Our forecasting team has developed an in-house (IPD-based) model that forecasts the rental growth, capital growth and total returns for the main sectors of the UK property market five years ahead. The team publishes its forecasts in the quarterly REIF report (Real Estate Investment Forecasts).

Consultancy

The department has an enviable track record of providing value-added advice to a wide range of clients, including local authorities, developers, land owners, investment institutions and retailers. The team works closely with other teams within Colliers International and has undertaken a number of international consultancy projects in Ireland, Serbia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Albania and Saudi Arabia.

We advise clients across a broad range of property sectors, subjects and geographies. Recent reports include economic studies, strategy plans, location studies, turnover analysis and performance benchmarking.

Members of the Research team write articles for the trade press, give radio/TV interviews and speak at conferences and client events to raise the profile of the company.
