Integrated client services

The Integrated Client Services division within Corporate Solutions provides the dedicated Account Management teams, infrastructure, tools and technology to support our clients and act as their primary services partner. Accountability starts here. We provide the operating controls and performance management systems to drive engagement with our clients, delivering customized strategies and implementation plans. Our cloud-based Corporate Solutions client technology platform, Colliers 360, provides clients a customized, secure web portal to manage all activity, measure performance and make efficient, well-informed decisions. This includes our leading-edge business intelligence and dashboard functionality to pull data from various independent client sources and third-party Lease Administration and Transaction, Project Management and Facilities Management systems.
