Piotr Mirowski joined Colliers International in 2006 as an analyst in the CEE Investment Services Department. His previous professional experience includes Deloitte’s Audit Department. Piotr graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a major in finance and banking – specialization in real estate.

Piotr will be the twelfth partner within Colliers in Poland. Other partners are: Monika Rajska-Wolińska, Sylwia Pędzińska, Hadley Dean, John Banka, Maciej Chmielewski, Tomasz Kasperowicz, Ewa Czarnecka, Paweł Skałba, Robert Karniewski, Neil Gregory-Eaves and Peter Love.

Piotr’s scope of responsibilities includes, apart from operations and management of the investment team in Poland, execution of property sale processes, commercial due diligence, commercial negotiation of sale and purchase contracts and transaction coordination in order to ensure that milestones are met successfully and on time. Piotr cooperates closely with Neil Gregory-Eaves, the head of the Investment Services Department in Eastern Europe.

Piotr has been instrumental in completion of a number of high-profile investment transactions in recent years across all main real estate asset classes including Warsaw Financial Center, Lipowy Office Park, Green Corner, Atrium 1, Wola Park, Atrium City, Green Day, Trinity Park III, Harmony Office Center, Marynarska Point I & II, Stratos Office Center, Dom Handlowy Renoma, H&M Logistics Facility in Poznań, and Grunwaldzki Center.
