Warsaw, September 13, 2013. Paul Blackman, International Director at Colliers International has been assigned with a new role to set up and run a team to coordinate Colliers’ work in the outsourcing sector across Eastern Europe.
Paul has 17 years professional experience of working with corporate office occupiers, 13 of which have been spent in Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union. During this time Paul has personally closed or overseen over 300 office deals across 12 countries representing approx. 575,000 m² of office space and a transaction volume approaching $2 billion. Paul has been with Colliers for nearly 10 years and has focused for the past 3 years on the Polish BPO sector.
In his new role Paul will coordinate Colliers office teams in the region combining his own experience with the local knowledge and expertise of the teams. Apart from the BPO sector the team will also focus on ITO (Information Technology Outsourcing) and SSC (Shared Service Centres) occupiers across the region especially in Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Romania and the Baltic States.
