LONDON, December 10, 2013 – Global property advisers, Colliers International has completed the sale of a 19-strong-portfolio in Denmark and Sweden for approximately DKK 200m (€27m), on behalf of estate in bankruptcy, IBEH A/S, with lawyers, Bech-Bruun.
The portfolio comprised the following properties:
- Five industrial and logistics properties in Zealand and Funen in Denmark
- Nine small terraced houses in Skagen, Denmark
- Five mixed residential/commercial properties in Scania, Sweden
All properties have been sold to a range of private Danish investors and one Swedish investor.
Jens Gammelby, state-authorised public accountant and commercial property agent of Colliers, said, "The portfolio has a good combination of industrial, residential and commercial properties. It is always a challenge to find buyers for such a diverse portfolio, but due to a good local and Nordic network we succeeded in closing the case. The largest sale was completed in Zealand for DKK 102m (€14m), an industrial property which is more than half the price of the total portfolio."
