Moscow, 05 February 2013 – The international company Covidien, one of the leaders in the sphere of the medical production, leased the whole floor in Delta Plaza, Class A office complex, located in the center of Moscow, and became the first tenant of the property. The consultants of the deal are Jones Lang LaSalle, representing landlord and Colliers International, representing tenant.

Covidien leased out the 7th floor of BC Delta Plaza – more than 2,600 sqm – for a 10 years term. Russian headquarters of the company will be located there. Covidien headquarters moving to Delta Plaza is scheduled in May-June, 2013.

Delta Plaza business centre is located on the Garden Ring (the Second Syromyatnicheskiy lane, and has good transport accessibility: the metro stations Kurskaya and Chkalovskaya are next to the building, the Third Ring Road is located in 10 minutes ride.

The total area of the nine-storied business centre Delta Plaza is 29,050 sqm, including the leasable area 22,179 sqm. The distinctive features of the complex are the effective layout of the floor plan and modern engineering systems, satisfying the highest international standards. The building has two level underground parking, and adjacent territory that gives an opportunity for the spontaneous parking.
