Colliers International Welcomes Another Director To Its EMEA Corporate Solutions Team
LONDON, September 3, 2013 – Simon Ford is to join Colliers International’s EMEA Corporate Solutions team to strengthen their global account management capability. He joins from CBRE where he was a Senior Director within its Global Corporate Services function, leading the Nokia account as Global Alliance Director, as well as responsibility for CBRE’s Portfolio Service’s Business Development in EMEA.
Whilst at CBRE, Simon has been responsible for several key international accounts, such as Diageo, Nissan and Level(3), he was also seconded to Lexmark for five years as Corporate Real Estate Director for the EMEA and Asia segments of its 12 million sq ft global portfolio, based in Geneva. Prior to this Simon held several client side roles in the technology sector.
At Colliers International, Simon will have responsibility for, delivering transaction management, portfolio management, and project management services across the firm’s key international client base.

This seventh hire for the firm in the EMEA Corporate Solutions team this year and it has more planned. Simon joins Ed Neild, who has started at Colliers International from CBRE’s Global Corporate Services team this week, along with Rob Lewin, who joins as a Director from Vodafone.
