As department head, Douglas has overall responsibility for approximately 500 properties under management with a total rent roll in excess of £230million. Helpdesk for tenant/occupier use and a full property accounts team. He has developed the business management procedures required for ISO9001 accreditation used by the CCRE IPM department across the UK.

Planning
Anthony has provided planning consultancy advice to a wide range of clients since 1994 and has obtained significant planning experience throughout the United Kingdom. Planning advice is provided to achieve clients objectives for private landowners, institutional investors, commercial developers, house builders, local authorities and government bodies for mixed use proposals and/or separate retail, industrial, business, leisure and residential uses. Anthony has a high success rate in securing a beneficial planning outcome for clients, whether that be via planning applications, securing site allocations or providing strategic planning strategy to attain an agreed outcome.
With 10 years’ experience in planning, development and regeneration across the UK and the USA, Holly brings a wide range of planning knowledge and experience to the team. Holly works across the UK and is currently involved in a number of major and local development proposals. She is an active member of the Scottish Young Planners’ Network and RTPI East Scotland chapter.

Retail
Bob has over 40 years experience in the retail property market, specialising in the out of town retail market and acting on behalf of retailers, developers and landlords in the acquisition, disposal and leasing of premises throughout Scotland. He also has wide experience in carrying out rent reviews of out of town food stores and retail warehouses for both landlords and tenants. In addition, Bob is a member of the Chairman of the RICS in Scotland’s Panel of Independent Experts.
Valuation & Advisory
Andy joined Colliers International as a Director in April 2008, having already built up considerable experience in valuing all types of property for private investors, property companies, enterprise companise and pension funds as well as providing the main High Street lenders with advice for secured lending purposes.
Andy is a Trustee of Spifox, the property industry's charity in Scotland.
Howard is a Director within the Scottish Valuation team of Colliers, based in Edinburgh, and deals with valuation work for many different types of mainstream, alternative commercial and residential properties from both an investment and development perspective. Howard's experience principally relates to valuation, including co-ordination of a number of major UK portfolio valuations and a variety of valuations for finance or security purposes as well as the provision of regular monthly and quarterly valuations for a number of UK funds, institutions and property companies. Howard has specialised in valuation since 1990, concentrating on the corporate, banking, property company and high net worth individual sectors of the debt driven property market, but also has experience in lease negotiations, dispute resolution and other professional work including acting as an Expert Witness for clients in a number of cases at both the Court of Session and the Sheriff Court in Edinburgh.
Guy joined Colliers International in 2016 and is a member of the Scotland Valuation team. Guy is experienced in providing valuation advice across a wide range of commercial and residential property uses across Scotland and the North of England for a variety of purposes. He regularly carries out valuations for secured lending as well as providing annual, bi-annual, and quarterly fund valuations. In addition to the standard asset classes, Guy has undertaken valuations in specialist areas such as Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA), student developments, Build to Rent (BTR), and residential developments across Scotland.
